This private home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the master with a on-suite bathroom). Despite close neighbors, the backyard pool area feels private and quiet because of the lush landscaping. The house is exceptionally well-equipped, particularly the kitchen in terms of appliances and tools. The neighborhood is strictly residential but convenient to the major commercial strips along Federal Highway. A couple of minor maintenance requests were tended to immediately.We thoroughly enjoyed out two-week stay.

Great location and neighborhood. Very close to beaches and downtown. Right over bridge from Wilton Manors. Clean and comfortable. Great pool area that is very private. Property Manager is super helpful if you have any questions.

This is a remarkable property that we have enjoyed on multiple occasions. This last 3 week visit was no exception. The home and grounds are exceptionally well maintained, beautifully appointed, and comfortable beyond any reasonable expectation. The host, property manager and caretakers are all first-rate. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and yet very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants and activities. But of all the amazing attributes, nothing surpasses the back yard. It is large and comfortable surrounded by an abundant tropical array of vegetation. And the pool is thoroughly enjoyable because it is sparkling clean, well cared for and climate controlled for maximum enjoyment whether engaging in a vigorous swim or just lounging on relaxing waters. We are truly thrilled whenever this property is available for us to enjoy a great home away from home.

This is a wonderful property. It is always spotless and very well stocked with every amenity imaginable. Every room exhibits comfort plus and the kitchen is a joy to cook in. The neighborhood is ideal - quiet and not congested, populated by very nice neighbors, and yet only a few blocks from stores, restaurants and activities. But above all the other great features, the backyard and pool are incredible. The property is bounded by wall to wall tropical and semi-tropical lushness and the pool is sparkling clean and refreshing. Whenever we visit Fort Lauderdale, we seek out this house and consider ourselves most fortunate when it is available. You could not ask for better vacation accommodations.

This is our second time staying in this terrific property and as we visit our children in Poinsettia Heights often, I wish we could always get this house. It is modernized, clean, well-appointed, comfortable and as close to combining the comfort of home with the luxury of a world class hotel. The true gem is the back yard. The sun rises against the house and sitting out with coffee first thing in the morning is great. Then as the day heats, the gorgeous pool and relaxing lounges make for a perfect Florida day. As the day ends drinks by the pool and then a dinner out or prepared in the great kitchen is such a treat.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed this house. Lots of useful appliances included like blender, electric kettle, keurig, microwave, toaster, etc. The pool was amazing. We used it at least half of our stay. I would recommend replacing the pool toys, as some of them were old and deflated. This house is close to lots of stores and restaurants, many being in a 10-20 minute walking distance. I would recommend staying at this house.

Great stay!

This property was exactly what we were looking for when we booked. 2 couples from Canada stayed here very comfortably. The pool and backyard were amazing. Close to the airport, DT Fort Lauderdale and the beach. House was very clean and well kept with nice decor. Great cooking utensils and lots of room. Beds however were extremely uncomfortable which makes this a 4. Upgraded beds would make this a 5. The couch also had an abnormal odour, not sure if this was from other guests or not cleaned.

Good location, nice house

Great location if you want to go to the beach and convenient to I95 and the turnpike. House itself needs a good cleanup outside where people have left trash and broken moldy pool toys. Inside is in great shape and well appointed. Bed in the master desperately needs a pillow topper if you want any cushioning. Owner was very responsive and check in/check out were seamless. Overall a good choice for a small group!

Great house and location

This was one of the best houses I have stayed in. Location was perfect on a nice quiet street. Exactly 2.7 miles from the beach and even closer to the intercoastal. The house was immaculate and is the perfect setup for up to 6 people. Highly recommend this house and the owner is super responsive to questions or concerns.

Nice and quiet and convenient

Very nice house with modern décor inside. Nice and clean on the inside. The outside is nicely landscaped. The outside chair cushions were a little dirty, as can be expected for outdoor furniture in Florida, so we just put a towel over them when we wanted to use them, the pool needed cleaned so we notified the manager and she had them out the very next morning. She was very helpful and kind during our trip. The pool is heated by a solar panel on the roof which kept the water very nice even in late October. The kitchen has newer appliances which was very nice. We enjoyed the Kuerig so much we bought our own when we got home. All the furniture and bed was comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe as we went on many walks while there. The house was easy to get to from the airport and a short drive to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and stores close by for anything you need. We would like to thank the manager for her help as we had to wait till the last moment to book due to a family member having surgery. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend this house.
