Welcome to the Sunny Slope Escape, a private luxury home located in Park Meadows, an exclusive Park City neighborhood; beautiful, private and quiet location in the heart of Park City, Utah. The gorgeous 3,100 square foot mountain modern style home, features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, comfortably sleeping 10 in beds. The drive to the three local ski resorts is just a few minutes away.

Featuring a private hot tub, community pool/hot tub, tennis/basketball court, plenty of games and books, including an xbox for the kids, and AppleTV for the family, you will have plenty of ways to relax and have fun with your group of family or friends. Our home also boasts a private patio with Weber gas grill, outdoor furniture, perfect for a steak dinner for your family and friends.

Our newly remodeled gourmet kitchen has a spacious bar with seating for 6, all stainless steel appliances, and all the bells and whistles to prepare a wonderful meal. There are hardwood and slate floors throughout the first floor, stairs and landing. Our dining table provides comfortable seating for 8, plenty of room for the whole group.

Fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving ware, knives, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, microwave, Keurig, glassware, wine glasses, bake ware, place settings for 10, and all miscellaneous utensils, serving and baking dishes, various spices and pantry items.

We have ski rack in the garage for your skis, along w/ sleds for the kids, and a boot dryer in the entry way so your ski boots are ready to go every morning. There are (4) mountain bikes in the garage you may use, 2 adult and 2 kids.

We are just 40 minutes from SLC Airport, 45 minutes Solitude, Brighton, Snow Bird, and Alta.

Transport to Salt Lake City Airport is $45-50 and under 45 minutes away. Private cab ride run around $80, Uber a bit less.

Great Ski House

Great location near Park City and Canyons. Lots of space and well furnished. Great for two families. Homeowner was really responsive and helpful.

Beautiful and comfortable home!

Location was perfect! We had so much fun staying in your home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need for cooking. Hot tub was great. Everything was very CLEAN and well taken care of. We loved the big book of info that you left on the coffee table with recommendations of things and places to see. That was very helpful. The kids enjoyed playing on the tennis courts and the other toys you provided. The other nice touch about renting this home was that Karen specifically texted me to make sure everything was good. Very classy! My only negative would be that there was no dresser in the room with the twin beds. Otherwise it was a magnificent trip and home. We will be back! I recommend this home, it was truly gorgeous!

Perfect Skiers Retreat

This Park City home was the perfect winter get-away and skiers dream retreat. I reviewed many homes before selecting this beautifully decorated, modern, mountain home. While the description in the listing was very complete and impressive, we were even more impressed and pleased when we arrived. It is a gorgeous mountain retreat perfectly decorated with every amenity for every season a guest could desire. The home owners were so helpful and attentive. I received all instructions and directions well in advance of my arrive for a stress-free, low-maintenance start to my vacation. They checked on us to make sure we arrived and if I needed anything at all, they were very helpful to get back to me within minutes. Thank you! The home, the amenities, the list of local venues and activities made the vacation a truly relaxing, rejuvenating, skiers retreat. After a long day of skiing the hot tub was the perfect finale. The ease of access to all three Park City ski resorts was the main reason I wanted to stay in this neighborhood. We ski all three locations and we are minutes from each. I did not take the bus, but I do know that the bus comes to multiple locations for hassle free access to the slopes. However, I would recommend renting a car to travel all over Park City and Kimball Junction for shopping, spas, restaurants and sightseeing. Although, the home is so comfortable you may never want to leave. I would highly recommend this home for a large family, guys or gals group ski trip or golf outing, or any other special occasion for a large group. It is a lovely, but very cozy home large enough to accommodate 6-10 adults comfortably. We loved it so much we are going back in two weeks. Even if there is no snow, there are endless fun activities in Park City to keep us busy and entertained.

This was an amazing property that was unfortunately cut way too short because of COVID. The owners were VERY helpful, as well as accommodating when it came to making arrangements for our relocation. Will definitely return for a longer stay. House is perfect for teens and middle schoolers.

We loved our family trip!

The house was perfect for our family and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and spacious kitchen/family room. Especially enjoyed the fires and hot tub in the evening. Close to everything but def rent a car.

Spacious, beautiful property

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The home owners have thought of everything so you don’t have to. The kitchen is well stocked, the hot tub is perfect after a long day on the slopes and the variety of games provided kept us entertained at night. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood that’s only a short drive to the slopes and downtown Main Street. We highly recommend this home and would stay there again.

Great property for family and kids

The house was great for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids (4-11). The house was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do in Park City (skiing, shopping, groceries, etc.), and it's just a short drive from the airport in Salt Lake as well. The property owners were great. We had a mixup in check-out time, but everything was sorted out very quickly. Can't wait to go back!

Great home for family ski trip!

Perfect home for our ski trip with 2 families. 2 master suites, spacious layout and fun bunk room for the kids as well as an extra bedroom. Convenient location. Short drive to both PC and Canyons. Owners were great and easy to work with.

Perfect for families!

We had 3 families with kids meet here to enjoy a week of skiing. The location is a close and easy drive to PC mountain. The house had everything we needed from spices to cook with to a high chair seat for our 1 year old. All of the beds were comfortable with nice linens. Karen, the hostess, was available via text to give resteraunt recommendations while we stayed at the house. We loved our stay so much in 2018 that when we wanted to book for 2019 the week we wanted was already booked. I’m not surprised as this was a great vacation rental! We look forward to coming back!

Great Home and Great Location

The location was great for skiing, restaurants and shops. We cooked most meals in, and the kitchen was wonderful. It was really fully stocked - like our home, but better. The pots and pans are very nice, not the typical rental and we could easily prepare dinner for the full group, we even used the gas grill. We loved most that the home was well laid out and the multiple en-suite bedrooms was really great. The house is in great shape and very clean. Karen was very responsive and very great to work with, you can tell they love their home too ! We will definitely stay again.

This place is awesome !!! We travel often and stay in many homes but this house is at the top of my list. I give it 5 stars because of the LOCATION, family friendly, ( the pool and tennis courts are right out the back door ) CLEAN , organized, the kitchen is overly stocked with the best pots and pans and utensils. 2 crock pots and anything one might need or want to prepare a meal for a family or group. They even had ice chests you could use. Basketballs, tennis racquets, tennis balls, mountain bikes, lawn chairs, umbrella are just a few of the items they provide for you to use. The pantry was stocked items we could use as we left some for others to use. NEVER have we found a place so organized and CLEAN as this home. Look no further if you are looking for a home to rent in Park City. Book it now before it’s gone !!!

Interior log cabin type house, perfect for winter sports for large groups

Stayed during Presidents week 2018, with 8 people which the Home handled easily with beds to spare. Home is in a close residential area in between Park city base and Canyons base. House is spacious, great fireplace after a long day on slopes , all bedrooms on suite, kitchen is spacious and easy to use, but realize you are cooking at high altitudes, so read up about this prior to arriving. It’s very different to sea level cooking. Exterior hot tub is super after long skiing, and the outdoor grill is great also. We used both often. Pantry has seasonings, coffee and other items that you take/leave so it feels like a home, rather than just a rental house. We really felt very comfortable there. Master bedroom is very spacious and easy to use, th other 3 bedrooms are all comfortable. Bathrooms and closets are all close. Lobby area is great to store wet jackets etc and the ski boot dryer was used daily. Super idea. Owner was very responsive to a minor issue so Kudos, and the very nice welcome wine and chocolates were appreciated and a very nice first impression. While our travels won’t take us to PC same time in 2019, this is a great home to stay with a group and really enjoy. When our travels do take us back, we will absolutely stay again. 2 thumbs up and enjoy your time here.

Fabulous "home" vs house -- space and activities for everyone. Owners awesome in responsiveness.

I was excited when we rented this for my husband, myself, son, daughter in law and four grandchildren. Yet, it exceeded all our expectations -- the home is beautiful, spacious, with upscale kitchen, spa, fireplace, room for kids to play inside and out, and plenty of activities available -- with sleds, bicycles, basketball, etc. in the garage and games inside. Perfect space out back for children to build snowmen and sled or snowboard down the incline. It is hard to describe how elegant, yet rustically comfortable the home is. And the owners were available and responsive at every turn to answer questions and make suggestions -- even when questions were answered in the material provided! We now want to return for a summer trip, to enjoy biking, basketball, the club directly behind the house, etc. We were thrilled and cannot imagine someone not being. Thank You!

Beautiful Home

My husband and I went with our daughter and two granddaughters. We were lucky enough that it snowed the day we arrived. It was close to Main Street and the stores. Snow tubbing was also close to the house. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful week. The granddaughters loved it, and will have lots of wonderful memories.

What an idyllic place!

My family and I couldn't have found a better place! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything one could possibly need. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the walking closets are conveniently situated in all upstairs bedrooms. My boys loved the downstairs bunk bedroom which is also set up as a playroom. The house is located right in Park City proper so it takes hardly any time to get to Main Street or Olympic Park or anywhere else in the area. Salt airport is only half an hour away. Right behind the house there are tennis courts, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi and an inviting green space for the kids to run around. I would highly recommend this beautiful mountain cabin to anyone! We had an amazing time here.

Spectacular!

This home was an amazing opportunity that satisfied our every need! My four sisters and I met there in Park City for a 4 night reunion. It was comfortable, furnished with great quality and charm, and was spacious and private. Everything was impeccably clean and operational. Karen provided helpful details about the home to make it very easy to get in and out, use the grill and hot tub. She kindly welcomed us by leaving a lovely note and bottle of wine for our enjoyment. There were many suggestions for dining and local activites. We could not have been more satisfied and hope to retun another time!

Great Ski Vacation and your home was perfect !

Our group fit this house so well ! We had 2 families and 6 kids/teens. The bunk room downstairs was great for the kids and gave them a place "of their own". We loved the entry/mud room - there was plenty of room for all of us to get ready for skiing, as well to keep our things organized overnight. The boot dryer and the cubbies were great . We had a fire almost every night - with real wood which was supplied for us, it was perfect after a long day of skiing. The bedrooms were great and all had their own "in-bedroom" bathrooms. All were a great size, and we did not feel packed in at all. The decor of the home was really nice and great quality. We really felt pampered. It was only a 5 minute drive to the slopes .. and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and room for the kids to build snowmen. We made some great memories and we'd love it if you would have us back.

We are local Austinites from Texas, but love to spend as much time in Park City as possible ! We have 2 boys who cannot decide if they like the biking and water sports in the summer or the skiing / boarding and sledding in the winter. I hear many locals say they "come for the winter, and stay for the summer"

Why they chose this property

We hope you love our home away from home as well as we do ! We just love the setup of the 3 masters, it really is wonderful when we come with multiple families - whether family reunions or vacations with friends. We also love the bunk room for the kids, it really makes them feel like they have their "own space"

One of our favorite things is the close proximity to town, shopping, the local grocery store, trails, fitness and yoga classes.

What makes this property unique

This is the second home we have had here in Park City, and we just fell in love with this location, the neighborhood is so close to everything with a beautiful, tranquil location. We spend so much time on the trails in the summer, cross country skiing in the winter and we love the private hot tub in the evenings.
