Welcome to our home away from home We have been renting The Blue Pearl Cottage for 16 years , the cottage is open year round for weekly rentals

This Cozy Ocean View Cottage is located in the village of Camp Ellis Beach , A quaint family friendly fishing village. The cottage has wonderful ocean views from the Window seat , Dining area , Living room, Entry porch and some from the Master bedroom and Kitchen

You can see the Ocean across the street and can be accessed by walking down to the main beach area very easily , about a 1 minuet walk on s one way street , Camp Ellis Beach has moderate surf great for family's with small children , Great beach for walking , with its 7 miles of sandy beach , it is also Pet friendly

Walking distance to 1 restaurant , some gift shops , general store, Fresh Lobster market , mile long jetty, Boat launch and Docks , Fishing rod rentals, jet ski rentals, Para sailing , Deep Sea fishing charters, site seeing charters , kayak rentals

The Blue Pearl cottage was built in the 60s still has lots of it classic cottage beach charm old wood planking and nooks and crannies and it’s decorated in a nautical theme

The cottage is 900 sq ft with an open floor plan for better movement the cottage sleeps 5 in beds ,6 using futon sleepers in living room

The Summer time Sunrise Views are amazing and can be seen from the Window seat, Dining area , Living room and front entry porch see photos

Living room has Ocean Views, two futon couches and one chair , 46 inch flat screen TV/CABLE/ DVD and Internet service

Master Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed TV/ Cable , see photos

Second Bedroom , Has Bunk Bed , comfortable FULL mattress on the bottom and comfortable Twin mattress on top , TV/ Cable , see photos

Fully stocked Kitchen we offer many supplies and appliances to make your stay feel like being at home lobster pot , drip coffee machine , Keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave , glass flat top stove with oven, fridge with freezer , service for 6 and cooking utensils

Full size Bathroom Clean Shower/ Tub , Toilet and sink

Laundry room located off the bathroom , full washer / dryer

We do have a small screen porch on the back of the cottage

We supply Pillows, Blankets , window fans in summer we have 1 AC window unit in the living room are
convenience fee will added to all bookings only on Booking sites

We do allow pets for an additional fee $100 and $50 for each additional pet Paid to us directly

We offer Linen rental :$50.00 one set of towels and bed linens for each person paid to us directly

Early entry $30 paid to us directly , 1:30 pm in stead of 3:00 pm
late departure $30 paid to us directly , 11:30 am in stead of 10:00 am

we have some beach toys and beach chairs for your use

We are licensed through the town of Saco and have a tax id number through the state of Maine
