Cottage on Saco River with Pool Near Beaches and State Park

Charming Maine waterfront cottage community. Loads of activities nearby ie. Funtown, USA; waterpark, OOB Amusement park, York Wildlife/Amusement Park; Kittery and Freeport outlets, Maine Mall shopping plaza and the Portland Waterfront and Old Port. Within 1/2 mile from Ferry Beach State Park. Heated community pool shared by only 8 other cottages right outside your door. Beautifully maintained grounds. (Saturday to Saturday bookings July/August).

Starting in 2021 we are adding cleaning services as a mandatory fee.

We live in upstate NY but fell in love with Maine's people and beauty. We have to keep working for quite a few more years (hoping to win the lottery)- so we rent year round. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. We ask that you leave our home in the clean condition that you found it in, so all tenants can enjoy. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!

It's close to everything! It has ocean access from the river.

What makes this property unique

Saco River has some great Striper fishing. Other things to catch are squid, Pollock, mackerel, eels, and blue fin tuna. Sea Duck hunting in the fall/early winter. Our try for some puddle ducks on the river.
