Featuring 5 rooms (2 master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms and king size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds that you can exit straight to the pool, and another extremely cozy room with 2 queen beds), cable TV and WiFi, Casa Seaesta has all that it takes for you to relax and be comfortable.

Beautiful pool with sundeck, BBQ grill, compfy patio sofas on a very nice outside deck are waiting for you to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher (no one should wash dishes while on vacation!), cute family room with TV and stereo system, ample dining area with 12 persons seating will be amazing for all your group to come together for some down time. And when you decide to take a two minutes walk to the beach, we also have you covered - you will find beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your beer to go and have fun under the caribbean sun.

The house was everything we asked for! We had plenty of room for our girls trip. The hosts provided towels and beach chairs for the beaches. On the board that you see in the pictures, the hosts put suggestions for different places to visit. Overall such a nice and relaxing stay for all of us!!

The property was very well kept and conveniently close to everything. It's in a gated community with security on 24/7. My family and I felt very safe. We had an issue with the water shortage going on in San Juan and the power going out. The property manager made some calls and within hours both issues were resolved. They are great at communicating and solving any issues that may pop up. Thank you again for sharing your property with us. We appreciate it.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. The hosts were amazing from start to finish. John and Mayra made this first VRBO rental experience a dream. The photos and descriptions of the property are accurate. They are prompt in answering messages and very knowledgeable. We really did not have any issues before, during, or after the stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a small selection of spices. If you're taller than 6'4" you might find the shower heads a little short in the bathrooms. The AC units in the rooms will keep the rooms very cold, but make sure the shutters are closed! Again, this is a wonderful property. I would definitely rent again again!!

Wow, my group really loved this place. Great location, lots of space, comfortable beds. Very well stocked with everything we needed - kitchen supplies, beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. Only 2 blocks to the beach and several cafes, restaurants, and bars within a few blocks. Host communication was great and they were very accommodating both on early arrival and a slightly later checkout. Water pressure was a bit low in some bathrooms but we expected to have that issue anywhere and made sure to stagger showers. Property also has a backup generator - we didn't need it but it was a nice surprise, don't believe it was mentioned in the listing. Overall we felt the house was a great value and we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Great house for our crew (bachelorette group) - close to the beach, lovely pool and plenty of space. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The house is nearby cute shops and markets, and there’s beach chairs and beach towels available for use. We didn’t use the grill but that was good to see. Thanks!

Communication was great! Before and during our stay, messages were answered within 1/2 hour. Six friends stayed and there was plenty of room. The house is in a great location. Only a few blocks from a nice beach and an easy walk to many restaurants and shops.

This house has everything!! The location is 2 blocks from the beach and just off the main road in Santurce, great security and parking, fully stocked, beautiful pool, great deck with a huge grill, perfectly comfortable for our group of eight!
