Experience the finest Scottsdale has to offer with this lovely 1,600 Sq.ft., 2 bedroom + den, 2 baths, golf course view condo within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium. This single story/ground floor home can fit up to 4 people comfortably and is in the most desired location right on the Continental (public) Golf Course fairway and Greenbelt bike path. Sorry, no pets allowed. We have a large dining table, and plenty of comfortable seating surrounding the entertainment center. Enjoy your personal patio, BBQ, wet bar, high ceilings, open floor plan, 1 car garage + 1 personal covered carport steps from the front door. Washer and dryer in unit. Heated complex pool (mid October thru mid November, and March and April). The complex hot tub is heated Mid September thru May.

This fresh and clean home consists of 2 bedrooms + den and 2 full bathrooms.
Master Bedroom: king Sleep Number bed, mounted Smart TV with Roku, office desk, private patio.
Guest Bedroom: king bed.
Den: fold out queen bed couch with mounted smart TV.
Living Room: 65" mounted smart TV.
All TV’s have Roku. (No cable)

All linens, bath & pool towels provided.

We have 3 sets of used golf clubs you are welcome to borrow!

Beautifully furnished unit. Well- equipped kitchen and baths had everything we needed. Excellent communication with owner and manager. Great location for accessing golf, attractions, shopping. The only suggestion would be to offer mid-stay cleaning for stays over ten days.

Everything was nicer than we expected. Nice peaceful view over the public golf course. Very clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, parking was convenient (right next to the entry) and the location is minutes from Old Town. Centrally located, quiet place, great pool. The owner was very responsive when our HVAC unit failed. It was fixed the next day and a partial refund was offered every though I did not ask for one. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Spring Break stay!

Very well-appointed condo made our stay very comfortable. Great location near Old Town Scottsdale. Pool is really nice and we loved easy access to running/biking path. Community is quiet but friendly.

Wonderful Stay!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Comfortable, meticulously clean and a great central location for baseball games, outdoor activities and nightlife. Communications with the host were clear and timely. We will not hesitate to book this condo again for future visits.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect place to stay. The condo was clean, spacious, very convenient to golf and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable! The check in was seamless, and our contact person did a great job communicating with us. We will definitely be back!

The Gardens

Outstanding Location and Amenities

The condo was in perfect condition. Located in the middle of everything that Scottsdale has to offer. The photos are accurate and should also note the patio heater for the cooler mornings. The pool and hot tub are very relaxing and easy to get to. We didn't have time to use the grill, but everything was exactly as advertised.

Great property!

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean and had everything you might need for your stay. We had some unique circumstances (a delayed trip and sick child) and were very thankful for how responsive and helpful Sheila the Property Manager was. We will definitely be back!

We chose this property because of its A+ location for what family, friends and Arizona vacationers are primarily looking for. We wanted something with a great view and that was walking distance to baseball spring training, restaurants, golf and shopping. This area is ideal for what we wanted. Also, the open and bright floor plan of this unit is ideal for adults and children alike.

This unit and it's large patio is right on the golf course and faces east towards our beautiful Arizona sunrises.
