Located 15 minutes from all of the excitement in downtown Detroit: Ford Field, LCA, Woodward Ave, FOX Theater, COBO, Cork Town and so much more is all just a quick jump on and off the freeway. There is plenty of parking at this home with a private driveway able to fit 4 cars. 10 minutes to Royal Oak & Ferndale, where plenty of restaurants and bars are located.

Getting Around:
The property is situated just a few miles midtown and within minutes of the heart of Detroit. Easy access to the airport, major freeways, Ford Field, Hart Plaza, Detroit Institute of Arts, Comerica Park, Motown Museum, The Guardian Building, Detroit Historical Museum, Fox Theater, Detroit Zoo, Public House, One-Eyed Betty’s, Imperial.
