Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and en suite bathrooms with the master offering a relaxing garden tub. There’s also a Murphy bed in the living room and a huge sectional sofa for extra sleeping space and comfort.

Enjoy your morning coffee, dinner or evening cocktails on the large, covered balcony. Free covered parking is available right under the building, and luggage carts/elevators make unloading a breeze!

We had a blast in Mexico Beach. Great for familys! The complex was very clean, close to the beach, fairly priced and Wendy was quick to respond. Would definitely go back.

Lovely

We had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse. Location was great - very easy access to the beach and a quarter mile from the little shops. The property has a quiet relaxed vibe and we loved the pool area with ocean view. The host is friendly and responsive, but we didn’t need much assistance - everything is as described in the listing and we had everything we needed for a lovely family holiday.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!!

We had an excellent time! The condo was everything we thought it would be and more. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very pleased with the location and the easy access to the beach. We loved the quiet relaxing atmosphere of Mexico Beach. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to stay in the condo.

Excellent Condo!

My husband and I chose Mexico Beach for our honeymoon because we have always loved the beach here. This condo was the best condo we have ever stayed at here. It was incredibly clean, decorated well, and beds were comfy! We can’t say enough fabulous things about this unit. The pool was great too! We will definitely be back!

Perfect condo!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Property owner was very thorough with check in and out instructions and quick to respond when we first booked. No other communication was needed as the owner sent everything to my email the week of our stay. Couldn’t have went smoother! Highly recommend the Moyers condo for vacationing!!

Laid back vacation

We started our month long vacation at Mexico Beach. Great choice for us. Quiet, calm, laid back. Beautiful and clean condo. Wendy responded quickly when we needed help at the condo. Very helpful owner. Place is well equipped with many items you may need. Condo is across the highway from the beach. Very close walk. The beach area was clean with sugary sand. Several food trucks and a few restaurant's close by. There is a small local market that had a surprisingly amount of food items. Larger grocery stores can be found farther south or in Panama City.

Nice location and well stocked

The location is very close to the beautiful beach. The host was great. There is a nice pond outback if you fish. There is some road noise and it could use some black out shades in the master. This condo was much better stocked with spices, coffee, and good utensils compared to where we usually stayed. We always bring our own spices and coffee, but would not have had to at this condo so that was nice. Overall a good stay. Thanks for having us.

We had a great time! Property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. Kids really enjoyed the family game nights. Good choice of games was provided. Host was quick with responses to our questions. Would love to come back.

Perfect getaway

Such a beautiful home, everything supplied was just right. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you might need. Primary suite was just what I needed, comfortable bed, soaker tub and large shower. Within steps of the beach where I watched gorgeous sunsets every night! The hosts were always attentive and answered questions quickly. The booking was easy. Definitely will be going back every September moving forward.

Perfect Condo!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was very homey and the kitchen was fantastic for preparing meals. Even though we spent most of our time outdoors, it was amazing. Pool area was nice and the location was excellent. Best hosts ever.

First time at Mexico Beach

Loved the communication with Wendy! She went above and beyond with her availability! Everyone we met here was super friendly! Loved the area! But- a few things I would remember before coming here..you must drive to find a place to eat. There's not much here right now.. We loved going to Pt.St.Joe!! Mango Marley's is local but way overpriced for the small portions and not tasty. The little shops are quaint and fun to go in.. However, we waited about 50 minutes for coffee at the little coffee shop. (They were trying their best but it was so crowded due to nowhere else to go.) We love the beach equipment, but it might be time to update/repair some of the items- tent, cooler, chairs. The guest bath might need some TLC soon, too. The tub would not drain and it was filling up during showers. These are all just minor suggestions that would not make or break a vacation..just worth mentioning. Overall- we loved the condo-very spacious and clean!
