You will have entire 2nd Floor of Home. 1st Floor will be occupied by my parents (Henry and Connie). They are actually very cool seniors. They speak English/Spanish/Chinese. They go to the gym everyday and eat super healthy. You'll love them.

Great stay

We had a great stay, it was clean, and has two bedrooms so our family who live in Florida was able to come visit for a day or two and spend some time with us! It was overall a nice stay we enjoyed it, clean, we had everything we really needed.

GREAT STAY AT CONNIE'S PLACE

Connie is a great host! She's very friendly and hospitable. Her place is very clean and spacious! I love the peaceful and safe environment. I will definitely return and I highly recommend her place.

Very nice property

We loved the AirB&B...it was clean great area for cooking beds were comfortable. Nice tv full fridge. Beautiful bathroom..it was protected with an automatic gate for security we loved that. Very close to miami airport and perfect location to everything you need. Owners are great to work with! We will definitely be staying with them in the future!

Family Vacay

The home and location were great for getting around. Wish they had a larger refrigerator, and a toaster oven. You also have to provide your own paper towels , mini fridge doesn’t freeze items very well. Otherwise great accommodations.

Everything you need

This apartment is super convenient for a week stay......if you have a long flight in then it is close to the airport so quick to access and then close all major routes north snd south when you have rested and are ready to go sightseeing......the little kitchen area is more than enough to make breakfast and snacks (nobody makes a full meal on holiday)..... super comfy beds and pillows.....also a great shower..... there is lots of secure parking, and your own fob for the electric gate..... free to come and go..... Connie was lovely, there if we needed her, but also gave us privacy......also Ernie was fabulous with communication, always replying quickly.......many many thanks , we 100% recommend and will definitely stay again if we are back in Miami.

Hospital visit

Place was spotless, nice bathroom. Coffee pot did not work & replaced immediately. Large HDTV, but it required streaming for most programming. I don't have those accounts so TV for me was limited. My only dislike was being located on busy street & the train than ran by every night & distrubed my sleep. Owner downstairs was very nice. Still a good value.

Great stay but you will not be alone

This stay was in a good location, safe and clean but the home owner was not fun to communicate with. For the 2 bed 1 bath in a compact area, it was surprisingly spacious. You are sharing the home with her and her husband and she will make sure you know that. You will always see her when you are on the property which I found to be unsettling and not relaxing. I thought VRBOs had the whole place to yourself, that’s what they advertise at least. This was the part I was most displeased with since she seems to be very strict and watching your every move. She also made us pay extra in cash to park another car in her very large driveway, I was happy to do it but the way she demanded it made me feel very off. Overall, if the home owner was not on the property at the time of the stay I would have given it 5/5 rating. If you don’t mind having to deal with a home owner always around, this would be a good stay for you!

Good option close to the airport. Plenty of closet space and a stocked kitchen. Climate control in the unit is not autonomous from the main home central air, but it was more comfortable when the weather warmed up. The only major downfalls were a slight smoke smell in the bedroom attached to the restroom and the advertised check out time (it is actually 10:30am and you will be rushed out before then).

Enjoyed my stay

Connie was very good with communication. Location felt very safe and secure. The kitchen is very limited with what was offered with only a microwave and electric frypan, but I didn't eat there anyway. Just a heads up for others to know. She did provide sugar packets, coffee creamer, salt/pepper and other things I did not need to buy. I enjoyed my stay and would return without hesitation.

If you are staying with us in Miami, you'll be well pampered by (Connie & Henry). It's in their nature to care for others and they are pretty fun ppl i must confess. They are late into their 60s but goes to gym everyday. Mom loves cooking, yoga, and pretty much anything health and organic gets her going. Dad likes cars, fishing, and all your typical guy things. So far, they enjoy all different variety of guests chosen to stay with us. It's like a new born experience for them to meet many wonderful ppl.

Private Home in Heart of Miami. Very Safe. Easy convenient to many key point destination in Miami. South Beach, Wynwood, Dolphin Mall and Sawgrass Mall, Aventura, Coral Gables. All very close by.

Fantastic authentic Cuban food nearby.
