Private, modern self-contained studio in Elizabeth Beach

Welcome to Pacific Palms! If you are looking for the perfect getaway for 2 people, look no further. We would love to welcome you to our modern and private self-contained studio that is located on the ground level of our home - but completely separate to our home. The studio has a separate entrance, queen size bedroom, separate lounge area with large TV, access to your own private covered deck with dining table and BBQ as well as a fully equipped kitchen. All is on ground level, so no stairs to contend with, except for one step between the bedroom and lounge room. We are perfectly located, with Elizabeth Beach and Wallis Lake within short walking distance. Boomerang and Blueys beach are only a further 5 minutes up the road.
If you’re coming up for a wedding, we are only a few minutes drive to The Green Cathedral and a short stroll home if the reception is at the Pacific Palms Surf Club. Plenty of restaurants around also. Within walking distance is The Pacific Palms Recreation Club (aka The Recky) and only a short drive away are other favourites, such as ‘Kembali’ and ‘Moby’s’ plus several more. We provide your basic amenities including linen, bath and beach towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. We also provide free Wi-Fi internet connection and Netflix. ONE NIGHT BOOKING PERMITTED IF ONE NIGHT GAP BETWEEN BOOKINGS EXIST - PLEASE SEND BOOKING ENQUIRY TO OWNER; ALL LINEN, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED. NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES HOWEVER IF YOU ARE STAYING FOR A WHILE, WE CAN PROVIDE SOME OPTIONS FOR YOU.

Perfect in every way for a couple

The property is beautiful (like a Balinese Resort), the apartment was well appointed with new kitchen/bathroom and laid out perfectly. Everything you would want for a weekend stay or a couple of weeks. Great outdoor area if guests wanted to entertain a small group.

Jungle oasis a short walk from the beach

A beautiful stay within walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. When things went astray Karla was there to help, however we were otherwise left to relax in peace. Would definitely stay again, it's a tranquil paradise with all the amenities needed for a prolonged stay.

All you need for a two person getaway

Awesome set up.

The property is beautifully appointed with a user friendly layout and top quality furnishings. The balcony area and boardwalk was perfect. Lots of undercover area with a large table for dining out. Short getaway for some alone time

My wife and I missed a chance to get away for our anniversary and a recent Victorian ski holiday, so we were keen to have a break. Karla's place at Elizabeth Beach was just what we hoped it would be. Although attached to their family home, the accomodation is private and very well presented. The home is well equiped and little touches like leaving a bottle of milk in the fridge for us was really nice to see. The home is in a hilly area, but access is level. Parking can be tricky, but Karla was kind enough to let us park in the driveway (up against one side). We highly recommend this home and hosts. The area has a lot to offer, with short drives to Seal Rocks, Smiths Lake, Forster and Tuncurry. Steve & Karen

Cosy studio in quiet location

The studio had everything we needed. We could hear footsteps above but it was otherwise quiet and private. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and we enjoyed just chilling out with Netflix in the evenings after exploring the area. We did the walk from Lethbridge Road into Booti Booti NP and came back via the Lakes, which was pretty scenic. Lovely spot!

This was a really wonderful experience. The flat was super clean, very well appointed, it had everything we needed, was super comfortable and quiet and very relaxing. The outdoor bbq and eating area was shady and picturesque. The bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows. The bathroom was new and stylish. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and we cooked every night except the last. It was very easy to cook meals as everything was in the kitchen that you would need. We did see some of the family, however they were quiet and very respectful of our privacy. Would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing break away from the city.

We had a lovely stay here - the kitchen was well stocked and equipped with wonderful appliances, the bed extremely comfortable and the whole place beautifully appointed. There was some unexpected construction noise from neighbours however this was also unexpected to our hosts. Overall a lovely sanctuary. We hope to be back soon!

Why they chose this property

We live in a beautiful home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Elizabeth Beach. Our studio is fully self-contained at the rear of our home and is in a very private setting. Whilst we live in the main house on the property, you will be left to enjoy a private and peaceful time away but we'll never be too far away if you need us.

What makes this property unique

The studio has high ceilings, lots of beautiful natural light and is surrounded by greenery. It has an airy yet intimate and cosy feel. It is virtually new having only been built in 2016. All furniture and interiors are new, modern and clean.
