This spacious holiday house has it all. Fully self contained with 4 bedrooms, the main has a queen size bed, 2nd with a double bed, 3rd with 2 single beds & 4th with a single bunk bed. There is a huge room for the kids with its own bathroom, table tennis & plenty of games to keep them entertained. There is a combined lounge/dining room with ceiling fans & ducted air-conditioning throughout, kitchen with dishwasher & an internal laundry with a washing machine & dryer. The house boasts a great outdoor entertaining patio with BBQ looking out to the tropical gardens. There are 2 car spaces. This holiday house can comfortably accommodate 8 people, perfect for a combined family holiday.
The house is situated at Lighthouse Beach, with two well known 18 hole golf courses, Emerald Downs & Port Macquarie both only minutes away. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach which is fully patrolled in the summer months. Local shops, clubs, cafes, restaurants and a tavern are found only a short distance from here with the town centre being a 10 minute drive away.
Local attractions include beach, surfing, camel rides, horse riding, fishing, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala Hospital, movies, Sea acres Reserve, whale watching, river cruises, jet boating, sea plane, sky diving, wineries, breweries, macadamia farm, Ricardo's tomatoes and strawberry picking, restaurants, cafes, bars, country drives, waterfalls, bush walking, bowling, day spas.......

Great house, great location, very central to everything,
Unfortunately for us roadworks were underway the entire stay so a lot of noise spoilt the peaceful surrounds.
Property backs onto a major road so lots of traffic noise too. FYI the roadworks won’t be completed until end of 2025.

Property was perfect for keeping us comfortably warm in winter.
Road works on Ocean Road/Emerald Road (very nearby) were painful - noise started at 7am. Vibration started at 7am - thankfully both were over by 5pm.
Cleanliness was questionable - could have spent a week cleaning but dirt could have been due to the wind and road works.

There is everything you need for a family holiday including a new tabletennis table.However the kitchen would benefit from a sort out of all the mismatched crockery. The beds although comfortable are ancient and again could do with updating.Overall if you are not bothered about aesthetics this is a great find.

It was wonderful. Wiseberry was very helpful and extending my stay was no problem . I highly recommend Diane from wiseberry and the property itself .
This was a great home for a family. Very pleasant to stay in. Very convenient location as Coles is literally across the road as well as a few other shops plus a great tavern. It is a short drive away to city centre and beaches or you can walk to light house beach. Highly recommended house. House was clean and tidy, it just needed airing. There's Aircon and fans which wasn't in the ad so it was a bonus.

The location is good - there's a small shopping centre with supermarket and tavern just on the other side of the main road, but it's also a 10min drive from the centre of town and the patrolled beaches if that's important for you.
