Centrally located in the famous Lakes Region of New Hampshire, this home offers plenty to do for a perfect getaway!!
The perfect location to relax and recharge, our home is a wonderful base to access beaches, hiking, skiing and more. Rent or bring your toys to jetski, kayak, canoe, boat or paddleboard and head to Ellacoya State Park (just 5 minutes away) or if you have a boat, arrange to dock at Fay's Boatyard - just a few minute walk from our house. Weirs Beach is just a 10 minute drive where the boardwalk, nature trails, scenic railroad rides, water parks, go –karts & other arcade amusements, cruises and more will provide you with memories of a vacation to last a life time.

If the beach is not enough, a 10 minute drive to Gunstock Mountain Resort will bring you and your family amazing hiking or mountain biking, thrilling zipline tours, aerial treetop adventures, off-road segway tours, and scenic lift rides in the summer and of course great skiing all winter long.

After a fun day of laughter and adventures, retreat back to this pristine, open concept home and enjoy the sunset over the lake on the wrap-around deck.

Beautiful lakehouse clean, comfortable, big yard for family & Large deck, grilling outside or having smores at firepit. Gilford beach, Sawyers, Funspot or Bumping Butts very close.

Nice getaway, would do it again

Overall property and experience was great. A suggestion would be to provide dressers in the upstairs bedrooms. The location was perfect for all of the sightseeing we did.

Great experience @ the lake!

Our family had a great time @ this lake property! Tons of space, in excellent condition with lots of areas to just hang out in. Great kitchen as well, and also a great laundry area. We were also able to keep both out cars in a huge garage which was a nice feature.

Relaxing Lake Retreat

This house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! Sitting on the deck every morning with a cup of coffee was our favorite time of the day. We found it very well stocked and thoughtfully appointed. The ping pong table adds a lot of fun too! We would definitely stay again!

We had a great weekend! The Bank of NH Pavilion is minutes away. The house is close to lake Winni for boating and water fun. House was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Can ask for much more.

The house was well kept. We brought a lot of stuff with us....but found we didn't need to. One could bring their clothes and be set for the week. Inside the house there were black chairs, beach towels tubes for tubing, a couple bicycles...too much to mention.

Great week with family

Had a great week here with husband and 2 teen kids. House was clean and very bright. A welcome basket with coffee and snacks was a big hit with our kids, as was the ping pong table! The location was ideal for exploring the best of what the lake area has to offer. We were able to drive easily to hiking, beaches and evening activities ( mini golf, arcade). Any questions we had were quickly answered by Shelly. Although we weren’t right on the lake, we had a nice view from the deck and only a 5 minute walk to Gilford beach. The neighborhood was quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing week. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend to others!!!

Lovely home but not suitable for everyone

This is a lovely home with a very nice sunset view over Lake Winnipesaukee. As we were there for only two nights, I cannot comment on how well it was equipped. We did no cooking so I have no idea what is supplied in the kitchen. I would advise that due to the number of steps and steep slope of the lot, it is probably not the best choice for the elderly or those with physical disabilities. We had some problem with getting the garage door to close. We called the owners to ask about it and they did call back quite quickly.

Arrived at the property late at night. The temperature of the house was 62° when we arrived. There are multiple thermostats that are difficult to understand. I tried to reach out to the homeowners, but they did not respond until the next morning. After some messing around that evening, we were able to get thermostats working. Overall, the property was OK. Whatever cleaning service they are using did not go above and beyond. It looks like they do a very quick wipe time before the next people arrive. We stayed in a lot of other places, and I would write this in the middle for the cost.

The house was very nicely decorated. Well equipped. Very clean. It is near many attractions and has a pretty view from the large deck. I would stay here again.

Lake Winnipesaukee fun!

From the great residents-only beach (5 minute walk) to fishing off the dock (tiny fish, but still fun for the kids), to all the other fun we had (go-carts in Weirs, water bumper boats, shopping, dinner at Camp in Meredith, and a big hike up Mount Major), we really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a great trip to the lake!

Great ski getaway!

Great property just as shown in the photos! Close to Gunstock, stores, the ice rink, restaurants and even found a spa! Loved working remotely and enjoying the views of ice fishing on the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Family Getaway (with college kids)

The house was beautiful, clean with lots of open space. Even though it was -1 and it snowed 10 inches of snow, we walked to the beach (lots of ice fishing) went tubbing at Gunstock, hiked the local trails and played ping pong. The owners were responsive and accommodating, especially during the storm. If we had to make any requests, mine is more Tupperware and my husbands is more snow shovels :). We are grateful for the wonderful family memories and would definitely stay again!
