Stay in one of the best locations next to the Marina harbor in Vallarta. This lovely apartment, which is only a few minutes’ walk away from many beach resorts and lounges, is a perfect destination for those who seek to relax, enjoy the sun and to dine and wine.

Whether it is winter or summer, you will always be able to enjoy the pool and bath in the sun. If at some point you feel that you already took too much sun and feel like being more active, then you can make use of the tennis and basketball courts within the complex. Did I forget to mention that right next to the condo there is a 18-hole Golf course? Well, there is one and it is open to the public.

Enjoy the peacefulness of the apartment as well as the vast variety of places you can visit by just walking around the Marina and/or harbor.

Once you walk inside, you will feel yourself comfortable and at home. The apartment itself has a modern touch to it, but at the moment you set a foot outside, you will immediately feel the essence of Puerto Vallarta and Mexico. This is perfect for the people who wish to stay in a modern, high end apartment but also be in a typical Mexican zone.

The apartment is completely equipped with controllable A/C`s, which means that no matter how hot it is outside, you will always have a nice cold apartment. If not, you can open the windows and let the nice harbor sea breeze come in.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped to let your mind go wild. If when you arrive you have a desire to cook some fresh pulled fish, lobsters, etc. you can do it without a problem and have an amazing dinner with friends and family!

Getting Around
We are located in one of top locations from Puerto Vallarta, called "Marina Vallarta". Located exactly in the middle, you can walk in every direction and get everywhere fast. Many new restaurants and shops have been opening and therefore give you the possibility of doing many things within your stay.

Amazing time at the marina

We spent 3 weeks at this property, it was beyond our expectations! It was clean,spacious,and the grounds and pool were exceptional! Lots of shops and restaurants at the marina. Close proximity to a beautiful beach. Check in and check out were organized and went smoothly!

Great location and comfortable apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for the week of Christmas thru New Years. The condo complex is well-located at the Marina, which has lots of restaurants and shops. There were two small markers for basics, then we took Uber to Walmart to stock up on everything else needed for the week. The beach is a short walk and we enjoyed a couple of meals and happy hour at the Marriott hotel where we watched the sunset and enjoyed the view and their gorgeous property. Town is a 20-30 min Uber ride, as is the Nuevo area further north. We were able to find a boat driver in the Marina area who was available to take us to Yelapa for the afternoon and we saw lots of whales and dolphins along the way. Other excursions were booked thru an agent we found in the marina. The unit was comfortable, well stocked, and we enjoyed the view of the pool and nice grounds. The AC and fans worked and the area was quiet. If we return to Puerto Vallarta we will stay here again.

Wonderful property!

I highly recommend this property. The unit is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the pool area was never over crowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved the Marina area with many shops and never a lack of fabulous dining and friendly service.

Loved staying at the Marina

Everything was great. Location is super convenient to Marina and all of the restaurants, bars and shops. As you step out the door of the condo to the Marina there is a great coffee shop called The Coffee Cup.

Disappointed for the cost

The location to shops and restaurants was excellent. The pool area was relaxing and quiet but it was inside the unit that was disappointing. . While the pictures appeared to present a modern upgraded condo it quickly became apparent that it was generally unkept and tired and needing upgrading. For example tHe unit needed deep clean; TVs, dishwasher and air conditioning did not function; furniture needed repair, bedding and towels were old; sewer smell when sitting on patios. Overall very disappointed in the condo especially for the high rate we paid.

Marina condo

This condo is very well maintained, and has all of the amenities to be desired. It is very well-located on the ground floor, next to the pool and a short walk to the Marina. The property manager, Karla, was extremely cordial and attentive.

Great Location

We love staying at the Marina. The condo is in a great location and the owner was very receptive to any issues we found. Only problem not resolved was there was no BBQ as advertised on VBRO and we love to grill while on vacation. Overall nice place to stay.

We are Karla & José! Aside from being brothers, we are both from Puerto Vallarta and have never left! Why would we if we are living in paradise right? :) We both have are quite alike since we are really outgoing and always love to be out with friends and family. Whether its for coffee, eating or going out, we will be there :) For this reason, we will always have a lot of tips (LOCAL TIPS) for you guys. Local restaurants, bars and flee markets which you can visit every single day.

Why they chose this property

This apartment has a great deal of value to us because we were always there on the weekends when family and friends came from other places of Mexico. I (Jose) did my 9 year old bday party there and have only amazing memories from this place

Because of this, we treasure this apartment. We do not see it as a "Listing" but as a home. This is something we also try to show our guests who come here and want to relax and enjoy the weather.

What makes this property unique

Within the complex, you have many amenities, like a big pool, gym, basketball court, tennis, etc. If you like golfing, there is an 18 hole Golf course just on the other side of the street :)

As said before, we take a great deal of pleasure in making sure you spend an amazing and relaxing time at our apartment. This means, we will be always there for you and will help you with any problems you might have.
