Million Dollar View

Property is in the heart of the Marina, facing the Marina. Open concept layout with sliding door the full size of patio. View is amazing. Restaurants and clubs just exiting property. Very luxurious. Pools were great. Jacuzzis and bar on property. Hear some street noise in the bedrooms, but not too bad. Will definitely stay here again, but next time will be a bit longer.

Wonderful PV

My husband I have been coming to PV twice a year for the last 7 years. Marc’s condo at Nima Bay has everything you need and more with great views. From the great communication and check in with the property manager Marilu, to all the amenities in the complex, our stay was one of the best. Wonderful Relaxing Stay

This condo was exactly as described. Great kitchen with both large and small appliances in top notch shape. Comfy beds with nice bedding, good towels. Condo staff were incredible (shout out to security guard, Fernando). The pool area and sundeck are cleaned every morning. In fact, the whole facility is meticulously maintained. Location in the marina is just perfect. Loads of restaurants. Active enough to be interesting, without being too crazy or noisy. If you want a little bit of crazy, Zona Romantica is just a short Uber ride away. Lots of easy walks after lolling by the beautiful, heated pool all day. We stayed the whole month of November and could have easily stayed forever!

Marina condo

Didn’t give it five starts only because I am a very sound sleeper , and the condo is close to the noisy busy road. Besides, AC compressors for this and next door unit are right outside of the bedroom on the balcony., and making a lot of noise too. Other than that , the condo is clean, light and spacious, has everything you need . There are many restaurants around the Marina, all kind of spa and beaty salons. Grocery store is five minutes walk. Nice views from the balconies on both sides.

Welcome to Paradise!

Beautiful panoramic views of the marina. Loved relaxing at the pools with the bar just steps away for a cold refreshing cocktail. The unit has everything you will need or want. Restaurants, bars, stores even coffee shops just steps away. This is one our favorite places we have stayed in Puerto Vallarta. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone going to Puerto Vallarta.

Fantastic building in a great location with everything you could want within walking distance. Uber to the Romantic Zone for around $5. Great pool and bar in the Nima Bay complex. Owner/property manger are friendly, responsive and acccomodating.

Beautiful condo!

This was so comfortable to stay in. Everything you could want to cook with or make a wonderful holiday. The balconies are great with one in the front overlooking the marina and one in the back overlooking a golf course that we could bird watch from. The manager looks after everything and is pronto at answering you. The area is so safe to walk in and it is surrounded with wonderful restaurants. Also a grocery store a very easy walk from the condo. We enjoyed a wonderful month here and strongly recommend it.

Feels like home

I recently returned from a 3 week stay in Vallarta and stayed at this condo for 15 of the 21 days. I felt like I was at home. So much so, I ended up changing my flight and stayed an extra week at the condo. After a few nights at two hotels on the ocean in between, I couldn't wait to get back to the condo. No moldy, humid air like in the hotels. I could do laundry and get my own food and drinks. It was perfect. The condo is tastefully decorated and has all amenities in suite. It was like staying at a hotel with everything I needed from pool towels to soap to hair dryer. No need to bring the extra bulk in your suitcase. Staff were really nice. Always holding the door or greeting me. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Great gym facility on site, which I used quite a few times. Wifi throughout unit and common areas worked well. Having Canadian satellite TV was amazing especially during playoffs :) Beds were super comfortable. Probably the best sleep I have had in months. There's a Starbucks located right downstairs. Tons of great restaurants located in Nima Bay shops area or throughout the marina. The view is absolutely amazing. Just being able to sit on the balcony and stare out at the marina and mountains is priceless. I'm pretty sure hours passed and I didn't even realize it. Marc (owner) was always quick to respond to inquiries and made the rental process very smooth. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vallarta...maybe sooner than later :)

Home Sweet Home in Paradise Jan/Feb 2014

After combing through multiple listings we came across Marc's. He was quick to my response and questions so that was one of the reasons I chose to book. The condo is very well decorated (even the beds were VERY comfortable) and I immediately felt at home :) The new modern kitchen is equally beautiful. Everything was as pictured and very well stocked. (The only thing I had to do was translate the manual for the washer/dryer and YouTube was a god send.. lol) Besides the beautiful pools we were able to use our own personal plunge pools with umberellas.. it was heavenly ! Every morning it was great to wake up and go sit on the balcony to gaze at the Marina and beautiful grounds or the spectacular golf course... It was so peaceful. The large pool(s) was amazing, sometimes my husband and I were the only ones in it and there was ample chairs for laying out. There is a snack bar and free wifi by the pool area also and a recreation room with TV and Pool table .. There is 24-hour security at the entrance gate and all around the property which was very comforting. The location of the property was within walking distance to grocery stores and lots of excellent resaurants . Loved the mini Farmers Market on Thursday evenings at the Marina !! Plenty of taxis along the street if one wasn't waiting outside the resort, bus right outside also .. I cant wait to go back, and will definitely book this condo again! Oh I already have.. lol.. can't wait !! Thanks Marc !! :)
