Place was perfect for us. Was great having both indoors and outdoor table to sit 10. Great being so close to the beach and seeing so many turtles. Great kitchen Couldn’t have had better experience.

Place is just like the pictures. My family of 9 (adults and children) had plenty of room. A walk through the backyard gets you to the beach. The house has lots of beach chairs, toys, and we all tried the boogie board. We saw turtles every day in the water and every night on the beach. The location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. My family agrees it was a great place to stay.

The house positively sensational. Couldn't ask for a better home to stay during a vacation to paradise! We traveled with 3 kids ages 6 and younger and the home was perfect for our needs. Brian is highly communicative, professional, and kind. We look forward to returning!

Enjoyed our stay! Property is in a great location for exploring all parts of the island. It is right on the beach and there were beach chairs and umbrellas available so very easy to just go and sit on the beach. We saw turtles every evening which the grandkids loved! Communication with the host was great as a tropical storm brought a lot of rain and some minor flooding on the street. I was concerned with the storm coming in and Brian kept me updated and checked in with us. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

The backyard is stunning! There were sea turtles every morning and late afternoon...sometimes up to 8 turtles. We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Property is not too far from Wailea and also about an hour drive over to Kannapali. It is centrally located close to almost everything that you want to do all around the whole Island of Maui.

This was such a special place to spend our wedding week in Maui! We came to the island with a few friends & this house was the perfect space for us all. The views are spectacular, the deck for morning coffee is perfect. There are turtles on the beach in the morning & evening.. you just can’t beat that. The back yard area is gorgeous, love the plumeria trees!! The host was so helpful for a few different things we had going on- we needed an iron & no hesitation they had one ordered and sent our way. I also had forgotten my sweatshirt after checkout & the house cleaners set it aside for me to grab the next day.. all around awesome & nice communication. Thanks again!! Would 100% be back!

Our family vacation was amazing. The large lanai and front grassy area with palms and beachfront made evening and morning gathering with the family magical. The house was well stocked with all you need. The location was great with close restaurants and a great launching point to see the rest of Maui. Just wonderful. 🤙

This house was amazingly wonderful! The view was fantastic and the beach was stunning! Our family of seven, all ages from 6 to 71, were thrilled with the house, the very central location, the turtles on the beach every night, the sunsets, and just everything! Host communication was great as well as check-in. It was peaceful and quiet. None of us had been to Hawaii and we loved Maui! We would definitely love to stay here again. It was the dream trip of a lifetime

Brian and Mitzi's place is special to my family. My son and daughter stayed here after their Maui wedding and had the after-ceremony reception. So it was a delight to return with my son and daughter-in-law, sister and brother-in-law, and my wife for a celebration of our 50th anniversary as a couple! The house was perfect for our needs, plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, and a wonderful lanai overlooking the ocean. It's like an aviary with all the different kinds of birds and a very short walk to the beach where turtles come from the sea to rest after sunset. Brian and Mitzi were always available for any questions and were perfect hosts!

Great family vacation house

This property is really great for a family vacation. We had 6 adults staying here and we had lots of space to be together and have our own space. Kitchen allowed us cook many of our meals and huge big tables inside and out were great.

It was an excellent property. It was all that we could hope for other than less wind! The beach was nice the water was typical Hawaii better wear water shoes! The location was located near anything we needed easily within 10-15 minute drive! Great location from the airport 20 minutes or so! The property is very lovely, clean, well maintained and supplied with vacation necessities!

Great trip with friends

Retirement Party

Celebrating my husband’s retirement with our grown children and significant others. This was a perfect place for us. The house is beautiful, the yard, the beach, the location. All 9 adults were very happy to be here!

Great Family Home on the Beach

Great home for 7 adults and 2 children. Central location right on the beach. Great views. Loved the Turtles that came right up on the beach. Great hosts with great communication. Would recommend!
