Fully furnished down to the towels. Located on the 10th floor with a private elevator that opens right into the apartment. A custom built cabinet holds a 82 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen has high end Woolf appliances with a great view of Condado Lagoon. Each bedroom has a private bath. All beds are pillow top mattress. Located on a quiet residential street. The beach is just a couple blocks away and so many great restaurants are just around the corner.

Christmas 🎄 in San Juan

Delightful week in Puerto Rico. Came with my family. Very clean, large, apartment for the five of us. Exactly as described. Great hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Close by to beach, restaurants, access road to rest of San Juan and the island. Thank you!

Perfect condo!

We had a incredible stay at the Adam's condo. The place is close to the beach and to many restaurants. Shereen's place is so luxurious with high quality furnitures and appliances. We enjoyed it very much. It is very clean and there's a lot of space. Shereen is very a good host and answered quickly to our questions. I recommend highly this place of you plan to stay at San Juan. It's perfect!

Property is beautifully appointed with spacious bedrooms, living room, top of line kitchen and bathrooms. Outstanding views from patio/balcony and huge tv to chill out. Property is ideally located for jump off point to all amenities and attractions in Condado neighborhood.

Easy access to a wonderful park, restaurants, the laguna & the beach. Super luxurious, aswesome beds and baths, huuuge TV, and the deck/patio is excellent for relaxing, w views of park, city, and peak a boo view of ocean. Owners are very accommodating and responsive.
