Situated on a corner block right across the road from Guilderton Golf Course, only a couple of doors down from the river mouth, this is a highly sought after spot. This cute 4 bedroom holiday home is walking distance to the beach and river making it ideal for families. Sleeping 9, it's perfect for 2 families to get away.
The home has just been fully renovated. It features two outdoor areas, new kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances, spacious open plan living and dining, all good size bedrooms (one bedroom outside with access externally).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great stay, close to the river and beach, well furnished and stocked house with everything you need for a comfortable stay, clean place and comfortable beds. Will return, great family time.

Great location

We loved our stay, great easy location to river and beach. Very much a beach shack but has everything you need. Only issue was l found it needed a big spring clean. I found the cushion covers grotty, dirty dishes in cupboards and cobwebs around. If it were a little fresher l would of given 5 stars
