A beach cottage in Guilderton (Moore River) around an hours drive from Perth. Great for family getaways. The cottage is suitable for two families. The good sized kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is a television and DVD player (no commercial TV reception). Other equipment include a washing machine, iron and high chair.

Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 3 - Single Bunk and Single Bed

Property keys need to be collected/returned from the owners who are located in the northern suburbs of Perth.
As with many properties in Moore River the cottage does not have a perimeter fence guest with dogs are responsible for them.
