Two-bedroom townhouse, full bathroom with luxury shower and toilet. It has basic household items, duplex refrigerator, microwave, stove, solid wood furniture, mattresses in good condition. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, ceiling fan, split 9000 Btus air conditioner, shelves for clothes. Bedroom 2: treliche, wall fan, split air conditioning 9000 Btus, shelves for clothes. Living room: bunk bed with two mattresses, ceiling fan, extendable table with 4 chairs. Conjugated kitchen and toilet. External area attached to the house, with barbecue in masonry, tank, clothesline. 20m from mini market, butcher shop, pizzeria, wine cellar, ice cream shop, shops etc. A 12-minute walk to the beach, through fully cobbled streets. Situated in a condominium endowed with security, caretaker, porters and electronic gate, fence all around.
