A Casa é completa e muito organizada, muito fácil acesso à praia, o condomínio é muito organizado e possui restaurante, o que ajuda muito, pois não há esse tipo de serviço na praia e os restaurantes ficam no centro.

Bom apto, mas precisa de manutenção

Muito boa, o apto é bom, precisando apenas de pequenas manutenções, porém o locador deveria olhar a situação do imóvel antes de locar. O vaso sanitário entupido do banheiro social, ninguem merece. Fechaduras que saem na mão, micro ondas com defeito, porém o Anselmo resolveu imediatamente o problema. Local do apto maravilhoso e muito bem cuidado.
