A Bit of Country, All the Perks of the City

We are located near major local attractions such as Six Flags Fiesta Texas, La Cantera shopping mall, The Rim, Sea World, UTSA, the Medical Center, and Lackland Air Force Base.

Our home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, a king bed, a queen bed, three bunk bed sets, a twin bed plus an air mattress and a sleeping bag. We maintain a doorbell camera and driveway camera to view the front yard and driveway of our home for your safety and ours. With hard floor downstairs and carpeted upstairs, we are pet friendly and family friendly, plus spacious enough to ensure everyone is comfortable. Our home offers a very roomy backyard with a gazebo area, plenty of room for the kids to play and a barbecue pit for cozy cookout dinners.

We love our home and we are happy to have you as our guests! We offer high speed internet, plenty of channels for entertaining, and Nest security monitoring system for your safety. We have all the essentials that you need for cooking and entertaining.

Our home offers a beautiful fireplace (for the very occasional Texas chilly night) that we welcome you to use. You will find that we are located on the cusp of the majestic Texas countryside so a trip to Medina, Bandera, and Castroville is not far away.

Wonderful neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay. We felt super safe in this gated neighborhood, neighbor even came out and told my husband to let him know if we needed anything to let him know. That was very sweet of him. Josh responded quickly to any and all questions before and during our stay.

San Antonio vaca??

Overall stay was nice. Miscommunication between renters and owner. Access codes were not properly sent through website. Couldn't not contact owner by phone. Text or website communication was his preferred method. House located in a gated community but looked abandoned on arrival. A few damages not shown on the picture. Security camera at the front of the house plugged through an upstairs opened window. Refrigerator doesn't close properly. Constantly beeps until you figure out how to close it correctly. Power outage for about an hour due to weather. Tried reaching out to owner by phone. No return call made. Communication only through the website. Really big misunderstanding with the online streaming accounts logged onto the 1 television that worked. Was accused of changing user names on accounts with profanity, which never accrued. Logged into my own account to clear this accusations. Overall stay at the home was comfortable. Upon check out, unnecessary text message sent about departure being past check out time. Cleaning lady arrived to clean. Her arm was in a sling so I took it upon myself to make sure she didn't have much work to do. Took out all trash and started washing towels and linens. 15-20 minutes extra spent so the elderly lady didn't have to work hard was not appreciated.

Amazing stay

This was an awesome stay! No complaints Josh even let us check in at an earlier time we got to our destination sooner then we were expected to be! No complaints! Very convenient for me and my family of 6 great area and gated community! Just awesome thank you Josh!

Alamo Dome State Marching Contest

This property was exactly what we were looking for in a rental. We had a short visit to watch our kids compete in the State Marching Contest at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio and had worried about staying too close to town because we are used to small town living in the comfort of our safe little town. This house was on the outskirts in a gated community, quiet neighborhood, a short drive to the Dome and Riverwalk (15 minutes), SO many restaurant options within 5 or less minutes, AND we felt SAFE!!!! We also had our fur babies with us so the fenced in backyard was a huge bonus. Being just the two of us, this house was much bigger than we were looking for...but what could that hurt at such great rates!!??? We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves traveling back to the area in the future. ~The Squyres

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was good and clean. Josh was great at communicating. Way better than staying at a hotel especially in times like this. When we go back we hope their house is available so we can stay there again. Highly recommend to anyone.
