We’re very sorry about the hair you found in the master shower — this is not the level of cleanliness we aim for, and we’ve followed up with our cleaning team to ensure greater attention to detail. We also appreciate your feedback about the comfort of the master bed they put a the extras that are still good just older looking. That said, we do want to respectfully address some concerns following your stay. We have a strict no-party policy in place, clearly outlined in our house rules, and this is also reiterated to all guests before arrival. Unfortunately, we received complaints from neighbors about a party on Sunday, which is a serious violation of our policies. Additionally, our cleaning team reported that some towels had to be discarded due to blood stains, and a set of king-size sheets from the master bedroom was missing after your departure. These types of issues are not typical, and they impact our ability to maintain the home for future guests. While we’re glad you enjoyed many aspects of your stay, we do ask that all guests respect the house rules and property to help ensure a positive experience for everyone in our community.
