Great apartment. Very well stocked. Excellent host. Very clean. It was a bit noisy as there were so many repairs going on as there are many apartments there but would highly recommend otherwise
Overall good rental. Easy communication with friendly owner and easy entry/exit. Apartment is well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Air conditioner works well.
Al was a great host! He gave us a thorough orientation to the property and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was well-appointed and very clean.

The property was amazing, it was as advertised in the pictures, it clean it was quite, the neighborhood was beautiful, the property manager was very courteous, I would stay at the property again and I would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a place to just relax
Great condo with grocery store, subway and liquor store across the street. 15-20 minutes from many attractions, shopping etc. Clean and comfortable accommodation.
Everything was as advertised and even better. Location was quiet and overlooks a small green space. We used the kitchen and there were lots of dishes and utensils and everything. An added bonus was Confederation Leisure Center just a 10 minute walk away. I swam every other morning. Lovely, lovely place. I highly recommend.
We rented the condo for a family member visiting us from out of town. The condo was perfect. Lots of room and beautifully updated, in a quiet building, and with a grocery store just down the street.
Condo was very comfortable with all the amenities. Underground parking, nearby restaurant, grocery, dollar store and liquor store was super convenient. Owner was responsive and made the arrangements easy! Highly recommended.

Overall this is a beautiful 2 br 1 ba apartment. Has everything you can think of. Very clean, well-maintained and well-appointed with all the details thought out -- such as not one but two (!) types of coffee-makers, a printer with printer cable, and even a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Those little details are what makes it special. The apartment is spacious and bright and looks out on a nice courtyard. Has secure underground heated parking. The ONLY negative I can think of is the lack of an elevator (2 flights of stairs to the ground level and 3 to the parking), but that's minor to me. Altogether a wonderful experience.

First time VRBO renter so was nervous but I didn’t need to be at all. Easy checking, immaculately clean, near restaurants and the big mall and stocked with everything needed for our two week visit.
My parents stayed at this condo for a month as Dad underwent radiation treatments at the Cross Cancer Institute. Was definitely a 'home away from home', with comfortable soft seating, great beds, and owners who take great care of their guests! Thank you so much Al and Lorna, we really appreciated it.
We had to rent this condo for 6 weeks while in Edmonton for medical purposes. It became like a second home and would definitely rent again even just for short term stays!

Very comfortable and cozy apartment. The location was perfect for us to visit family nearby. It had everything we needed to even enjoy a small Thanksgiving get together with our kids. We enjoyed our stay!
This apartment was recommended by a colleague . We were delighted at the well appointed place that we found on our arrival. The owner was there to walk us through and pint out how everything works and the location of everything.
Well equipped kitchen, dining area and living room . WiFi access was good. The bedrooms as large and very comfortable. There is mall of stores across the street which was very useful . The owner is quick to address any queries. Having to stay in Edmonton for an extended time
this was a lovely place to return to each day. The area and building are quiet. The Southgate Mall is very close by and the stores on the Calgary Trail a short drive away.
Recreation facilities ,with a pool , are a couple of blocks away. Having a car would be good as the area is more residential . Parking is first come first serve off road outside the building although street parking quite easy to get. The parking stall under the building is very handy in colder weather.
Note: No elevator but 3 half flight up to the apartment.

Why they chose this property
Southwest Edmonton is the premier area of the city. It is close to major amenities plus it allows for easy commuting around the city with access to the Whitemud Freeway, Gateway Boulevard, Calgary Trail S. and the Anthony Henday ring road system. Great shopping and wonderful eateries are an added bonus.
What makes this property unique
What really caught our attention about this place was the feel of the suite. It is not your typical apartment. It was built in the 1960's when lifestyle was more important than entertainment. The rooms are distinctly separate creating a homey feel. Have a look at the Virtual Tour floor plan and you will see what we mean.
