Teleferico Quito (7km) where you can climb to the top of the Rucu Pichincha inactive volcano. It is also near to "Centro historico" (9 km) where you can see the colonial architecture with houses, streets and churches conserving the ancient appearance.
In addition to this, you can go hiking over a big inactive volcano crater, where a small population is settled. Its name is Pululahua ecological reserve (18 km)
