Open floor plan in the living, kitchen & dining that opens up to a 2nd level outside deck with hot tub and easy access to the 1/2 bath. Where you don't have to worry about people walking by and can keep an eye on the kids from the kitchen window , perfect for entertaining! House includes: Gas BBQ, ping pong table, foosball, PS3 system, 8 bikes for adults/kids w/ helmets, sleds, myriad of games, cable, fully stocked kitchen and free Wi-Fi !

We visit Sun River a few times a year to meet with family who lives in Bend. After awhile we decided it would be nice to come to a place where we knew where everything was & how it lived. We needed a place to sleep our 6 kids as well as offer plenty of indoor activities while it rained or snow! We live in the Sacramento Valley, CA and love to come up here for the clean air & water!

Why they chose this property

We love the open concept for entertaining. We love the master bedroom is above the garage and the kids rooms are downstairs and that there is a 2 car garage for indoor games & to house the bikes. The house is very cozy & functional and the location is perfectly central to all the fun things to do in the area!

What makes this property unique

Close to the kid loving park, off the beaten path so not alot of cars. Fort Rock park is a short walk that offers:
tennis, basketball, volleyball & open grass area there as well! Behind our house is forest only, so lots of deer roam around. You can barely hear the train go by. We love that there is good food that can be delivered or is only a few minutes away! The house is tranquil so when we arrive, everyone goes into hang out mode, bike rides, meet new friends at the park!
