It was exactly what we hoped for!

It’s not the Taj Mahal, but it was perfectly clean, in great condition, perfectly accommodating, with a perfect view of the lake every morning behind breakfast!If you want more, I’m sure you could pay for more in the area. But the price is spot on, and Dale was a wonderful host!

Very neat and clean, owner was very friendly and shared with us the best places to eat and hike. Only thing we didn't like was how close it is to the main road, noisy traffic. Glad bedrooms are in the back so sleeping was not a problem.

Property is excellent! As advertised! Location is great! Only drawback is highway noise but don’t hear it in the bedroom. View is breathtaking! Perfect for an extended stay! Owner is very kind, responsive and friendly! Even saw deer crossing the road. Golf course and other activities and restaurants are very close, many within walking distance!

Dale was a great host. The property was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. The only negative was that the property is located adjacent to a busy street with lots of road noise. But, that was a minor issue. We really enjoyed it.

WHAT A VIEW

This property exceeded my expectations. Huge lake front windows, updated kitchen and accessories, and bed rooms were tucked away from highway. Located in the middle of town, it was an easy walk to down and water access. Dale was friendly and responsive. Well done!

Very Nice, Clean Condo

Enjoyed our stay very much. One suggestion for the smaller room is that the bedside light is far too tall for a female to turn it out or on without getting out of bed. Noticed that there is a table lamp in the living room, and that might be better suited for the bedroom. Also, in that same room, the bed could be more comfortable. All in all enjoyed the host very much and the facility, good food close by.

Great Spot for a Relaxing Stay on the Lake

We needed a spot in Polson to stay for a wedding over Labor Day Weekend and wanted a little more space than a hotel room for the two of us and our 2 teen boys. This spot is a gem. First of all, Dale met us at 1:30am when we arrived (our flight landed in Missoula at 11:55pm) - this was above and beyond but it might have been a little difficult to find the carport late at night so it was much appreciated! He let us in and showed us around. The property is so nice and has everything you will need! We did a little shopping to be able to make breakfast at the condo for the days we were there which was nice - there's a great store just down the road which Dale recommended. The view from the patio is truly spectacular. When we locked ourselves out the second night (DOH! - left our key at the wedding venue after the rehearsal dinner) Dale graciously met us and let us back in which saved us a trip back to the other side of bay. This trip made us want to come back and when we do we already know where we will stay!

Know western Montana very well and am a great source for information on restaurants or places to go or see.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located in Polson, Montana. Property is directly across the road from Flathead Lake. The views and sunsets are superb. If you are by yourself or have a large group this condo and the rest of the building can suit your needs no matter how many beds you need. Each condo is separate and very private, fully furnished with everything except your toothbrush. The other two bedroom condos are #929788 and 301973. The large unit on the main floor that has 19 beds is #446354.

What makes this property unique

Because you have the ability to rent just this condo or other units in the same building we can cover almost any size group of people. The proximity to the lake and the availability of a dock for day use adds a special feature.
