Inside, the open-concept living space brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas in seamless harmony. Warm hardwood floors and a soft pastel palette reflect the nearby shoreline, creating a serene, beach-inspired ambiance. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom finishes, perfect for cooking and entertaining. With six spacious bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests. Renovated bathrooms feature beautiful tilework and spa-like walk-in showers. A loft-level second living area and mini-kitchen upstairs offer added space and flexibility, while a custom-designed bunk room provides a fun and functional retreat for kids and teens.
Entertainment continues with eight TVs, a stationary bike, ping pong, and two foosball tables. The home includes garage access and parking for up to five vehicles and is located near Chaplin Community Park with tennis courts, sports fields, and trails. The Breeze seasonal shuttle stops nearby, making beach access and local adventures a breeze.
The private pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee. Spa jets are inactive, but the peaceful setting is perfect for relaxing soaks. Guests enjoy exclusive credit through our partnership with SERG Take Out Kitchen for gourmet meals delivered to the home.
