Boasting magnificent views of the Harbour, its foreshore, and Blowhole Point, this contemporary 2-bedroom apartment is one of the best in Kiama.
The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and overlooks the Sebel Hotel's gardens, while the stacker doors bring the sunshine into the kitchen and dining area. The large living area is luxurious with King Furniture lounge, and a large flat-screen TV.
Why leave the apartment at all when you can kick back on the oversized day bed or enjoy the views with a cheese platter and a glass of wine with great company on the deck. The expansive outdoor balcony is large enough to incorporate a dining table, bar table and stools, and an outdoor lounge perfect for relaxation.
The harbour views from the master bedroom will leave you longing for more. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two king single beds, which can be made into a king on request, and a second TV. The bathroom incorporates a stand-alone spa bath and a separate shower.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Some of our properties are well suited to longer stays. For bookings of 30 nights or more, we may be able to offer a reduced rate compared to what’s advertised. Beautiful spacious apartment
Lovely apartment in the perfect position. We stayed here with our two young children. Cannot fault the apartment. It was also nice and close to the Rockpool, close enough to walk to shops and the blowhole.

The apartment is fantastic. Very spacious with a glorious outdoor space. Opening the doors to the balcony let’s a beautiful sea breeze run through the apartment - however there is air-conditioning if you prefer. Check-in was easy and everything was as advertised. It is a great location. We could walk to everything that we needed.

This is an amazing location and apartment. Large and well put together, but the bathroom needs an update, with a leaking shower and deep cleaning scratches around the toilet and basin. Also a booking for 4 needs more than 1 room key. Finally a 4pm check in is a bit late for the price.
But ultimately it’s still an incredible place to stay.

The person staying in the next room made inappropriate complaints which shortened our stay. I would formally like to make a complaint about the stay.
I would like a refund of monies from a night we missed out on staying due to complaints against me and need to immediately leave the premises.
I am very unsatisfied with the complaints made against me in my stay and would like to take this further .

We love these apartments but the last time we stayed to apartment was very dirty which was really disappointing. Also, we only had one key for the apartment which is inconvenient for a family of four.

One gets the impression that this is very much a serviced property rather than a cared for home where someone lives and pays attention to the details. It is over looked by the hotel so little privacy when out on the balcony. There was no internet so the Smart tv didn't fully function, the knives in the drawer were broken, the balcony area was dirty and there was no barbecue, I'm told that this is unheard of for Australia. The large lounger was also dirty and we didn't want to sit on it. The windows table and balustrades , unlike as they appeared sparkling in the picture, required a good clean . This was all very disappointing considering what we paid for the 16 day stay. We did report to the company and a broken curtain was fixed , we also requested a key for the bedroom door to the balcony but no response. These issues were fully reported to the management company and to date an acknowledgement for our feedback has not been received .

Three days here felt like ten days worth of holiday. The apartment was much larger than I expected from the listing, and the view was better than I expected. Wonderful to walk down to the ocean pool in front each morning for a swim. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place, good time had by all, but it was a serious inconvenience in a large 2BR apartment to only be issued with one pass and on request for another, to be told that it could only come from Sydney!!
