5 minutes from the strip or downtown. Easy to get to where you want to be. All the amenities of home. If you are looking for a party house please keep looking. Please be respectful to me, my home and my neighbors. No pets allowed, and please be 25 or older if making a reservation. Easy to access the property with state of the art code operated door locks. Hope to book you soon.

Very cute home in a quiet neighborhood!! Close to lots of restaurants as well as the strip. The host was very quick to respond anytime I reached out. Home is very clean and the beds/couches are comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio, temps were really nice at night :) Would definitely stay here again!!

The home was immaculate--I thought I could eat off the living room floor. Beds were just a little soft, but some people may like that. The home was nicely laid out and the backyard (had we had any time there) would have been a lovely place to spend a cool evening. Thanks for a great stay!

Quick Stay in Vegas

The property is well kept, upgraded and comfortable, the host was responsive and accommodating. The property is centrally located easy to get in and out of the city. One small issue was addressed and resolved quickly. It was a fantastic stay.

Perfect location

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this is less than 10 min from the convention center. Clean, comfortable beds, beautifully landscaped. Very cozy. Loved it. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Home Base!

This property was perfect for our family! The house was cozy, clean, and the beds were comfortable! The location was wonderful, as were we 10-15 minutes away from Omega Mart and the LVCC! We would recommend this property to friends! Marissa was a wonderful host! Thank you!!

Great Stay

This house worked out great for my son and me while he recovered from emergency heart surgery. Nice new appliances, comfy beds and beautifully upgraded throughout. We enjoyed the Roku TV and having a nice back yard. Quiet neighborhood, great location and the owner, Marissia, was wonderful. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a work trip. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. I appreciated the little things: a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival, water and condiments in the fridge, coffee and tea, quality toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Our only issue was that we arrived late, it was dark and Google map directed us down the alley rather than to the front door.

EDC Weekend

Marissia’s house was everything and more than we expected. We stayed Thursday through Tuesday through EDC weekend and it was the perfect place to come home and rest after 12 straight hours of dancing each night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook each day. It was the perfect distance from both the strip and the speedway. Highly recommended this house and we can’t wait to stay again in the future!

As advertised and then some...

As a family we come to Vegas annually and also use a VRBO property. This was just as advertised but better. Everything you need was supplied, and nothing was short of what was promised. Will definitely use again next year and looking forward to that adventure.

Vegas away from Vegas you can say.

Amazing home! Right off the strip where it’s quiet and within less than 10 minute drive from the strip! Perfect spot to relax after the Vegas strip adventures! Will totally come back to this spot!

Baby Shower trip!

Really enjoyed our stay at Marissia's lovely house. Decorated so cute and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Marissia is very responsive to any communication, and did a great job making us feel welcome.
