The place was great and comfortable. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant next door which had live music we could hear from the balcony. The host was very accommodating to our needs.

Beautiful Property

The villa was clean, spacious with a beautiful view Beth and Jimmy were amazing and treated my family with such care. I definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around and be prepared to spend your time doing activities other than the beach as playe Norte gets pretty crowded.

Awesome 3 day trip to the isla!

We stayed in Villa 3, which has the taller rooftop of the villas and it was super amazing. Enjoyed the pool and there is a rocky beach across the street that is awesome to walk and enjoy. We met a family renting another villa and just loved spending some time with them while enjoying a sunset one night on the roof. Incredible dinner at Rosas and wonderful lunch at the Joint. The owner was an amazing and considerate host and helped us every step of our trip. Thank you so much Cecilia! Also, Beth the property manager was very sweet and helpful. Would recommend anyone book this property with confidence and I look forward to our return sooner then later.

Loved the beach view, the large sliding doors out to the main floor deck - great for coffee in the morning or listening to the ocean in the evening. The pool was refreshing and in a well-kept yard area. Beth was so kind and helpful in getting us settled and providing necessities as needed. The property is in need of a little updating and deep cleaning but was tidy and neat. The glass cooktop was tricky to figure out and 2 burners didn't work. The hot tub on the rooftop is also in need of maintenance or repair. Having a washer and dryer on hand was great! We visited the restaurant next door called DeNuccio's twice - delicious Italian food and the staff was so welcoming. Thank you for sharing this property! We'll be back!

Loved this place

There were 5 of us, and 5 others from our group were next door. ZERO complaints. Easy to get to, grocery store near by, attractions within 10 minute golf cart ride. The one thing we would do different next time is eat at DeNuccio's before the last night. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was wonderful.

Nice quite place, clean rooms , very spacious property , inside and out. We had 3 couples, we all had a great time. Would defiantly rent again in the future.

Mexico Trip 2020

This is the first time we have stayed close to the south end of the island. Even though the place is excellent we found it to far from the downtown. And any communication problems was our lack of speaking Spanish. The manager and on site staff are Fantastic. One of the bonus are you get to try the Amazing restaurants in the area.

Beautiful views and service!

Had an amazing stay! New and beautiful decor, easy beach access, short golf car ride to downtown. Only surprise is it is a quad-plex, also very limited cookware and supplies. Owner was fabulous!

Beautiful home-incredible view

This home is tastefully decorated and plenty of space for a family of seven. Golf carts are a must as it is a ways from the beach. The beach across the street is not swimmable, but amazing for exploring. Taxi cabs struggle to find the place as it is so new. Beth, who is super sweet, was on the premise to help with accommodations, but speaks very little English. She will use an app to communicate with you. There are very few dishes to cook there and groceries are limited on the island. There are fabulous restaurants along the strip though to visit that are reasonably priced. The pool was too cold to swim in in December, but the hot tub on the upper deck is nice with a breathtaking view. I would definitely stay here again. My family loved it.
