Located within the popular Seafront Estate, Unit 36 offers a relaxed coastal escape just a short walk from Jurien Bay’s stunning beaches, prime fishing spots, and beautiful parks. With so much on your doorstep, it’s the perfect choice for a family or small group getaway.

The complex features a sparkling swimming pool, toddler-friendly wading pool, communal BBQ facilities for cooking the daily catch, and large grassed areas where kids can run, play, and enjoy the Bali-style gazebos.

U36 Seafront Estate

Location is fantastic, close to the beach, jetty and cafes. Just needs more cutlery as we had 5 people stay. Also it would be great if we had WIFI to play movies etc. Otherwise a neat unit.

Fantastic location

Great little place, perfect for our family of 4. Secure complex with pool which kids loved and used everyday (despite the weather). Fantastic location, walking distance to restaurants, pubs, bakery, cafes, beach and local shops. Will definitely stay here again. Only minor issues (which were raised with property managers on check out and did not affect our holiday greatly) - no oven, carport driveway is extremely steep (we couldn’t park our car in the carport) and no blind / covering / privacy on front door.

The property is as explained. No issues to speak of, the property wasn't amazing however it had all necessary amenities. There was no oven which is a bit strange. All in all a good stay, easy check-in and out.
