Fabulous beach house , plenty of outdoor space, great use of old fishing and farming items make for a very interesting and quirky green garden space, counting all the wooden seagulls a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. 3 queen bedrooms with clean comfortable beds, bedding and pillows, Bathroom has lovely hot shower, two fridges and well stocked crockery cupboards, 2 tv areas Easy to clean when leaving. Very relaxing close to beach and stores

Nice stay, good location and most things we needed for our holiday. Lovely realty manager and cleaners. Iron tripped the power, and had asked re ironing board, but told could use towel on bench. Enjoyed the aircon at night as was chilly. Fire in outdoor under cover was good, but could use something to chop timber for kindling. Would have used BBQ if there was a plate part not just all grill. Nice base for both Leseur and Nambung National Parks. Don’t miss the bakery for pies and pastie, with good coffee too as was Family Affair cafe near IGA. IGA was handy for all basics, and butcher in town very obliging.

Seagull Rock was awesome

Seagull Rock is a wonderful place to stay, it has so much charm, super close to beach,pub and Cafe. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for town and beach alike

Plenty of room. Enough kitchen equipment, etc. Great spot. Downsides are lack of aircon in bedrooms and a few of the bbq burners are on way out but that's it. So overall all good.

Simplicity at it’s best.

Our family hasn’t been on a holiday in years and Seagull Rock was everything we needed and more! The whole booking process was very pleasing and professional. The cleanliness and being able to have everything at our fingertips, made it more enjoyable for us, from the kitchen to the bbq facilities! We especially loved the outdoor entertaining area where memorable moments were captured. Absolutely recommend Seagull Rock to anyone and our family will be back without a doubt!

Cleaning

The house itself was amazing, we moved the backyard area especially and the fact we had bikes to get around on but we had so many issues with how dirty the place was, we actually found a dirty sanitary pad still in one of the bins in the bathroom that was soaked with a random persons blood from obviously the previous visit, it was most definitely not ours, there was dirty trays in the oven and underneath the bed where charging points were was a lot of dirt, the big bins were completely full and we had to take home our own rubbish and dispose of it ourselves, the bins was also not clean when we got there, we even had an injuring occur due to a nail sticking up from patio floor boards which I understand is very hard to pick up on but after everything else that just topped it all off, don't think we will be using jurien bayview reality again which is such a shame as the house itself was amazing, thanks for giving us the opportunity to let you know about our issues Jason Thomas

I am very disappointed that none of these issues were ever brought to our attention as we would have dealt with them immediately. In fact, we only found out about these issues when we read it on the review of Seagull Rock. As you can see by all the other reviews, Seagull Rock is a really quirky, comfortable house with an amazingly large and inviting back patio and yard, ideal for family gatherings, and a house that is greatly loved by its owners and friends. We wish to apologise if in fact the cleaners did not attend to the cleaning before you arrived, but if you had contacted us immediately, we would have solved any problem you faced, as this is certainly not reflective of the care we at Jurien Bayview realty dedicate to all of our clients.

Great Location

Seagull Rock was the perfect house for us. The awesome outdoor area provided for the 12 of us comfortably and location to the Skydive drop zone was such a bonus. We’ll be back for sure!
