This furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive property has reverse cycle air-conditioning to main living area & master bedroom, well equipped kitchen with modern finishes and lounge room with Tv. Internal patio with outdoor setting & gas 4 burner Bbq. Laundry facilities.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.

Quite and a short stroll to the beach

two upstairs bed rooms with a connected TV room is great for the kids to get away from the adults. While downstairs there is main bed and a good entertainment area. Lots to do in the local area we spent time on many of the lovely beach's as well as a snorkelling trip to see the sealions that should be on everyone's bucket list.

Poor accommodation and service

I booked a 5-night stay for an NDIS participant and the Support worker so that the participant could do some capacity building for greater independence. When they arrived, the property did not have a working fridge. I contacted the agent managing the property and they sent an electrician. The fridge was plug in and the apparently the electrician said the fridge was working. The fridge did not work the entire 5 days. I have gone back to the property agent, (The professionals at Jurien Bay) and they are refusing a partial refund.

Beach Side getaway

We all enjoy our stay at villa 8, the location and value for money was amazing. The Property crockery needs updating, we where provide with 2 glass for 6 person villa, some of the crockey was also dirty. and they is no wifi provide.

OK, nice house, good location, dirty on arrival

No hot water on arrival ( thermostat on hws gone) rectified pretty quickly by professionals real estate, thankyou House dirty on arrival, cobwebs everywhere( outside sitting area) tables, used condom wrappers down side of main bedroom bed But nice house, fantastic set up, all amenities avaible. Internet is required. Overall nice stay 7/10 Thankyou

Dirty

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 4, with a 1 year old, a 5 year old and two adults. On arrival we were very disappointed with the general cleanliness. The floors, tables and couch were visibly dirty with sticky residue and spills. After making a trip to the local IGA, to purchase a mop and sanitizing floor cleaner ( the mop at the property was filthy) We had to spend the first hour just cleaning and wiping surfaces. Other disappointing features were the pillow that was simply stuffing in a pillow case, lamps that didn’t work, broken drinking glass and very uncomfortable bed and pillow. The worst part of our stay was the self closing hinge door and lock. A serious safety issue as the door locks from inside and out. So unless you use the key you can not open the door even from inside. Of course in the case of emergency you couldn’t just get out. There were also 20 keys on the key ring! We got locked out a couple of times, one late night as I went to get the rest of my things from the car including medication for my 1 year old, the door slammed shut ( self closing) with the keys left out in the door. The real estate was closed at that hour of the night and no emergency contact, we had to call the local police. The following day my husband and I got locked out while loading the car and my son was left inside, luckily he was old enough to follow instructions to get the door opened. On the positive, the location was Good and the place was modern. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms but temperature was ok. Car port at the back. We have stayed at many holiday homes and we found the amenities average. The sinks were also not draining adequately so they would fill up and stay full for hours or even overnight. We don’t like to give bad reviews but we were quite disappointed.
