Breakaway in Rainbow Bay

A terrific location for a stay just a short walk from Coolangatta. Enjoyed the great views watching the whales jumping and splashing their tails from the kitchen window and balcony. Walk across the street to the beach and enjoy a magnificent white sand beach.

We arrived on a Sunday, and we received an email with the safe code to get our key. We found the apartment to be of excellent quality with a magnificent view over the ocean. We saw whales breaking on several occasions. The car garage is narrow but long enough for our mid-size XTrail plus two eBikes. The walking and riding opportunities are extensive to say the least.

Wonderful views

Unit was lovely. View was magnificent. Garage will only accommodate small SUV or smaller vehicle. Advised to bring linen and towels and carried them 1000 kms in car but they weren't required as they were provided except for beach towels. Unfortunately, the 6 or 7 floor internal iron stair railings were scraped free of paint for 3 days then painted during our stay during Qld school holiday period when most guests pay a premium.
