Waves on Currumbin is an ABS0LUTE BEACHFRONT apartment with a tropical pool and only a few paces to the Pacific Ocean.
The complex of 9 apartments is surrounded by lush tropical garden with coconut palms, pandanus trees and a swimming pool. The beach at your doorstep is uncrowded and is perfect for surfing short or long boards, long walk, fishing, swimming or lazing around...
With Spectacular 180-degree ocean views, new contemporary furnishings, al fresco dining, Waves provides the upmost comfort for its guests by providing the following features:
Ceiling fans and ocean breezes.
Gourmet kitchen with granite bench tops, European appliances, and unmatched ocean views.
The spacious open plan living with ceilings at 3m provides an abundance of space. With large porcelain tiles over the entire apartment which houses a 6-seater dining table and lounge area with LCD TV and DVD, that flows through to the entertaining deck. Dine al fresco on an immense 70m2 terracotta terrace, virtually on the beach, enjoy sensational sunsets and sunrises across the ocean while watching the kids play on the beach, or the surf rolling across the sand.
There are three bedrooms. An elegant master queen bed suite with white marbled bathrooms full bath and generous hanging spaces with ocean views and second and third bedrooms dble bed which are designer-smart sharing one marbled bathroom with ocean views.
Go to sleep with the sound of the surf breaking and the tune of the wind through the coconut palms.
A lift will take you from the garage with 1 allocated, very well positioned car space to your apartment.
Local Attractions: Great surf spot directly in front and numerous beach breaks, a few minutes’ drive to world class surf breaks: Snapper Rocks, Currumbin Alley, and Burleigh Heads...
