Second Floor walkup Flat in the front of the Building looking over Taylor Street “Little Italy” a busy restaurant row. try Rosebud, Peanut Park Trattoria,Tuscany or Chez Joel for dinner and a host of lunch spots. Breakfast at Staxx and Sweet Maple Cafe.

Apartment 2F has 3 Bedrooms all with Queen beds and 2 baths the master bedroom bath is attached.

The neighborhood is sandwiched between UIC University of Illinois at Chicago and the Illinois Medical Center which brings Taylor Street it’s foot traffic. It’s a leafy community with many Parks, Churches, Schools and Families a true Neighborhood and My Neighborhood for 30 years,

We loved our stay this weekend! The apartment was super clean, very comfy, and well stocked (my kids loved the snacks!). The location is convenient and we had a great breakfast at Sweet Maple and a great dinner at Tufano’s. Easy to get downtown or anywhere else in Chicago when you venture out.

We fell in love with this unit! Clean and comfy. Communication was great with the owner. Beds were comfy and unit was stocked with treats and toiletries! We had a great time!

This is out second time staying at this apartment and we loved it a second time. You can't beat the location with great restaurants all around and a fun neighborhood. Great base of operations to see CHI. Also, the host is very helpful.

The place was expertly curated for a comfortable and peaceful stay. We also liked the area; great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The host was also extremely accommodating after I accidentally left something in the property after checkout. He went above and beyond! Would absolutely stay here again if ever back in Chicago.

Perfect location where there are many restaurant options just steps away. The host provided personal touches that made our stay feel like home. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee maker is both a drip and a k-cup unit, which was nice. He even provided coffee grounds, k-cup coffee, and creamer. The host was extremely gracious and responsive. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again. There is one parking spot behind the building and he provides a free parking pass a block away for additional cars. We felt very safe in this area.

A great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. John was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. The walk-in showers were great and the beds were comfortable. A nice selection of coffees, teas, light snacks and candy came in handy for us. Dozens of restaurants to choose from within just a couple blocks. A reasonable walk to the United Center. Parking spots are a little tight; if you have a larger car, you may have to do some creative maneuvering. Would definitely stay here again.

Bella Villa was an amazing home for our family stay! It was very clean, comfortable, and had lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location is perfect! Very walkable in a great neighborhood, on a bus line, and a short walk to trains. Communication with the host was excellent! Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Chicago!

Extremely spacious apartment with every amenity you could need. Plenty of food and drink options feet away. A parking space was a must and this saved us a ton over our stay. The spot was big enough for our ford expedition. The host was extremely quick to respond and was always helpful. Beds are comfy, plenty of dish ware and towels and quiet neighbors making it truly a great spot!
