Location is amazing!!!! Home is sooo comfy and more than enough room!!! We walked on foot and enjoyed the neighborhood park with the kiddos and we found an even bigger one on the opposite end!! Our host was amazing and my son enjoyed their conversation thank you soo much! We would love to come back and book this lication again, Highly recommend!!!!

Great location and very safe. John was such a gracious host . The extra touches in the unit (snacks, q-tips, coffee, etc.) showed that he really enjoyed renting the unit. We would definitely recommend and return .

What a fantastic and charming place. This building definitely has some history but with all the modern day comforts to make it perfect. It was very clean, very nice and had everything we needed for great trip to Chicago.

The property was clean and welcoming. All of the appliances we needed worked perfectly. Bedrooms were clean and so was the bathrooms. Excellent television which made watching the fifa matches

We are family of six with the three bedrooms ,the bathrooms had everything we needed. The kitchen had snack coffee everything you could think of. It was clean very nice. Very nice area. We loved our stay here.

John Walsh is an excellent host. The place is well stocked with anything you could think of. Some examples are coffee, snacks, disposal razor, plenty of towels, and even robes. The location is a couple of blocks from the L-train. We drove up in a 2025 Chevy Traverse and tried to park in the lot behind the building. It wouldn’t fit. I got ahold of John and immediately gave us parking passes for street parking.

Very clean, easy access to the pink line(4 blocks) or buses(1 block) which we used both. Taylor st. (one block away) has coffee shops, restaurants, bars. parking space in alley. Host answered all questions quickly. Beds were either soft or hard. Will probably stay again.
