Beautiful, Easy Ocean Access

2 BR townhouse condo. Beautifully furnished, 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen, DR and deck overlooking beautiful, partially shaded pool. Across street from the beach with walk through access. Complex provides new gas poolside grills for relaxing meals with friends and family. Easy access to bike paths. Walking distance to Coligny shops and restaurants, as well as Lowcountry Celebration Park.

This unit is not handicapped accessible. Sleeps 4 comfortably
Walking distance to exclusive shopping, quench your thirst at one of the many quaint bars nearby and enjoy the finest dining the island has to offer at the many restaurants.

Hilton Head is an active families paradise. It boasts multiple golf and tennis courses, shaded bike paths and all forms of water sports including jet ski rentals, kayaking, deep water fishing and side cruises to neighboring islands. Cruises leave daily for day trips to Savannah, Ga.

This was a great location for all that we wanted to do and very spacious. It's a very easy walk to the beach and close to Coligny and the pirate playground. The pool is nice because there's plenty of shade. Katherine is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Great host, great location!

Kathy was one of the best people to work with! She is delightful! Me my husband and our kids had the best time. The location is amazing. All within walking distance to so much!

We had a fantastic stay. Kathy is an outstanding host! She went beyond and above to make our stay comfortable. The condo has updated kitchen and bathroom and location is just perfect within walking distance to both beaches and stores/restaurants. You also, have beach chairs, beach wing shade and umbrella and some toys and beach cart to drag all of this to the beach .

Nice little property close to everything

Close to everything. Bike rentals close by. Shops and dining walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could think of. Enjoyed our stay completely. Will try to rent again on our next visit

Hidden Gem in Hilton Head

Kathy was wonderful to deal with. Everything was fabulous, condo was exactly as described. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach. The beach cart and kitchen supplies were a nice added touch. We'll be back!

Great location!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were a short walking distance to Coligny, Celebration Park, and the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. The condo was clean. My only suggestion is to have the drawers/cabinets wiped out. There were a lot of crumbs in the silverware drawer. Kathy was great to communicate with. Check in was super easy!

Convenient and comfortable

Kathy's place is very close to Coligny Circle as well as the beach across the street. We had everything we needed at the condo to make meals at home as well as do laundry! The beds and couch were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. The shower was great, especially after a day at the beach and pool! There is cable tv but no roku/firestick to access streaming services, so be prepared for that if its important to you. We would definitely stay at Kathy's condo again and would recommend it to others!

My stay at Kathy’s Place was OKAY. The best thing about staying there was that it was conveniently located near Coligny Beach. What’s most important to me is CLEANINESS… Kathy’s Place could use a good thorough cleaning- DUSTING, SWEEPING, MOPPING. I do not like seeing long hairs everywhere. It makes my skin crawl. Sand is buried in the couch, dust mountains and trash in the couch and under the beds. Please spend the extra money to have this place cleaned by professionals. White furnishings is nice but not when it’s dirty. Please replace the inside doormat with a non slip mat bc the one there is a slip-n-fall mat… it’s not safe at all. We moved it out of the way to avoid busting our butts! I recommend washing the bed spreads as well- they are stained. Per your request, we took out our own trash before we left. We started the dish washer, and I personally put the towels in the washer-NOT the bathtub. Thanks Kathy for our week’s stay. However, I had to be honest with my experience at Kathy’s Place.

Nice beach vacation villa

This villa was perfect for our family of four for a beach vacation. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and had everything that we needed including a Keurig for my morning coffee! The beds were very comfortable in both the master and second bedroom. Large dining table and comfortable seating area in the living room with a large screen TV. The location is close to Coligny Beach with only a short 5 minute walk. The pool area was also very nice at the complex although we spent most of our time at the beach. Kathy, the host, was great with communication and even sent a list of local restaurants to me prior to our trip. I would definitely stay at this unit again. Thank you Kathy!

Kathys place at the beach

Kathys place at the beach was just what we needed! Its clean, well supplied for our group of 3 adults, comfortable beds. The beach is across the street and a walk down a walkway...not ON the beach but a 5 min, safe walk. Do rent bikes, its so much fun to ride on the beach, and the bike paths are awesome. Pedals as great to work with, best prices too. Thanks , Kathy, for a great week!

This property is fantastic! Just off S. Forest Beach Dr and easy access to the beach, Coligny Plaza, biking trials and Celebration Park. Quiet and comfortable!

Excellent location to Beach restaurant bike trails. This was a great fine.

Kathy who owns the condo is a wonderful host and send out information about the surrounding areas to make your stay more enjoyable. She was wonderful to work with and would definitely recommend anybody who wishes a great quiet time with all the comforts of home. Definitely will stay there again.

Short walks took us where we wanted to go - the beach and Coligny Square. Easy access to the bike path. Condo was comfortable with everything we needed. The powder room on the first floor was helpful. Owner very responsive.

Great location

Kathy was a pleasure to communicate with. Condo has everything you need. New stainless steel appliances and new living room furniture (not shown in posted pictures). Priced below average for this area. 2 minute walk to beach across the street. Plenty of shops and restaurants to walk to. Highly recommend will be back.
