Great location but more room for improvement

The location which allows access to 3 train lines is great. The old street and restaurants were also great, we just ate at one restaurant every night and as a repeat guest, was even given a souvenir by the chef on our last visit. However, house-keeping of apartment could be improved, eg, knowing we booked a full week stay, the soap in the kitchen and bathroom was left very little, it could have been topped up for our use. also, the kitchen wash sponge could be changed for a new guest (as is the practice for some apartments).

Excellent excellent location!

It was an excellent location! The place was clean and tidy. It was nice to be able to drop off the luggage early. It would be nice to have kitchen towels, and hand towels for the bathroom. The kitchen was very cold, as there was no heating unit in there. Please also consider including instructions in other languages on how to operate heating/cooling unit, bathtub filling unit and laundry. Please also consider having a clothes drying rack or line for indoors.
