A covered patio just off the family room provides extended living space allowing our guests to enjoy the backyard. There is a couch, loveseat, club chair, ottoman and coffee table on the patio. Please replace the furniture covers when not in use.
The living room of the home is adjacent to the dining area and offers seating at a small settee in front of the woodburning fireplace. There are also two wingback chairs to offer additional seating.
The backyard is an incredibly beautiful space, fully landscaped with flowers, fruit trees (help yourself), a seating area and a BBQ for your enjoyment while staying in our home.
A well-maintained garden with a variety of plants and a patio area with outdoor furniture.
The galley style kitchen is filled with natural light and a lovely view of the backyard. There is a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and eat-in table that seats four (4).

3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom with Stunning Backyard and Laundry

Lunch on BBQ grills and fruit from the trees under the weeping willow in the stunning backyard, designed and maintained by a master gardener. A serene interior and the welcoming warmth of the gas fireplace. Short Term Rental Registration #NRP21-00099 expires on 3/18/24.

A couple of special features about this cozy and inviting home; the first bedroom has a sumptuous King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom is an flex space with a Queen bed that is a murphy bed.

We live just about three miles from the home and are available during the duration of your time in residence. We will check in with you via the messaging platform.

Stroll only a couple of minutes to reach a large park, while the 405 freeway is just over a mile and Long Beach Airport 3 miles away. In this quiet and safe neighborhood there are also plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Guests have access to the entire property. The home in full the yard, trees, and the fruit from the trees.

The home adjacent to our driveway has their master bedroom located right at the driveway. Please be considerate of our neighbors when using the driveway.

A couple of special features about this cozy and inviting home; the first bedroom has a sumptuous King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom is an flex space with a Queen bed that is a murphy bed. There is one bathroom in the home.

The home is just over a mile off of the 405 Freeway and 3 miles from Long Beach Airport.

Please note the second bathroom is external from the primary residence and is located in the bathroom/laundry room in the converted garage.

Our payment processor charges us 3.99% for every transaction. Should the reservation be canceled, the guest will cover the payment transaction fee of 3.99% for the amount that was already paid and the amount that will be refunded, regardless of the cancellation policy. (3.99% for the initial payment and 3.99% for the amount that will be refunded.)
