Ocean front condo on 9th floor with king size bed in bedroom and queen size sleeper in the front room. Full kitchen including dishwasher , four burner range w/oven, and full refrigerator.
Blu ray player and 42" television with cable and Netflix included. Balcony overlooks the outdoor pool with four chairs and table for dining out side. Great location for shopping and
walking. Close to all attractions. Indoor pool for cold weather swimming.

The Location of this property is why I purchased here. It is in a semi residential are and normally very quiet with little traffic compared to other hotels and condos.

What makes this property unique

The view from the balcony is what sold me on this property. Not too high and not too low so that I could enjoy sitting on the balcony reading or just enjoying the view.
