If we could we'd give this a 5 rating. The location is the best! Communication was prompt and friendly. Looking forward to coming back. This is a hidden gem. Thank you for sharing your family home.
House was bigger than expected. The options on the water were amazing. Having the shallows to swim and play in were great. Access to Nokomis is fantastic if you’re looking to spend the day on the water. All in all a great place to stay. Lots of room and access to all Northern WI has to offer.
Well cared for cabin on a private point of Lake Nokomis flowage. Great location and views of water, peaceful, very clean, and well equipped kitchen. Nice enclosed Porch and AC were used for our July stay. Firepit and lots of wood and outside chairs. GREAT Value!NOTE: grill is a charcoal grill.Property Mgr had changed so we were not able to communicate and could not access the garage with the kayaks. No other issues. Talked with new Mgr as we were leaving.
This is our 2nd time visiting and the place is as lovely as we remember it. The cabin is a time capsule; friendly cozy and nostalgic! A great place to spend a week with family.
My family loves this house, we are repeat visitors! The location and view are second to none. My granddaughter loved playing in the sand and water. Paddling (or being paddled) around in the paddle boat. Roasting marshmallows over a campfire. Finding frogs and watching them hop away. And when the weather wasn't cooperating there is plenty of places in the house to do crafts, read a book or relax with a movie (smart TVs to connect to favorite services). Kitchen has everything needed to make dinner and nice countertop space. Two nicely done bathrooms makes sure one is available when needed. Having a washer and dryer helps manage unexpected events. On top of that, the owner is super responsive and easy to work with. My daughter just submitted our reservation for next year!
We always have a fun time fishing and relaxing at this beautiful location. This year it was so warm we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on the peninsula! We hope to be back.
We have been returning to this lovely spot over and over again. We feel right at home here every time we stay. The property is in a gorgeous, pristine location and the house is set up perfectly. We love just walking the property and enjoying a glass of wine either in the Adirondack chairs looking at the lake or making a campfire. Thank you once again for a wonderful get away!
This home located on the Nokomis point continues to meet our needs and expectations of the lake experience, this being our 4th visit. It is private and has lakefront on 3 sides, with each side offering different experiences of the lake (dock, fishing, beach). The grandkids had a non-stop blast, and were exhausted each night (as were we!). The weather forecast was for a damp week, but the rain events were few and not lengthy, and when they did occur, we enjoyed them from the enclosed breezeway. We experienced more of the lake-home maintenance process on this visit (early season, getting things going). The owner was very responsive, and has a strong local team in place for addressing things. Each team member was courteous and respectful of our occupancy, coordinating with us as necessary. We will continue to consider this property for our future lake experiences.

Acre lot on Peninsula, water on three sides viewable from cottage, view sunrises and sunsets, too! You will not believe the setting, long driveway over slight hill makes you feel tucked away, this is the place for a peaceful retreat.
