This centrally located property offers plenty of parking space, a fully fenced backyard . Well positioned with walking distance to shops, cafes, golf course and beaches.
Fishermen can enjoy Bbq and freezer facilities - this house is the perfect place to come back to after a hard day fishing and enjoy your catch! Basic accommodation but does the job.
Large 2 metre freezer in Garage.
Linen - Guests will need to supply your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Ample off-street boat parking.
Smoking and pets not permitted.
Sleeps 7- 1 queen bed in main bedroom, 2 single beds in second bedroom and 3 singles in third bedroom.
