Shizunami Retreat Bermagui

Shizunami means quiet waves and just a few minutes stroll takes you to the secluded shores of Barragoot Lake home to hundreds of black swans...perfect for watching the sunset. Relax on the deck watching the mother wallabies care for their baby joeys...enjoy the surrounds of the Japanese inspired garden set amongst the bush. The property was inspired by traditional buildings in the Hokuriku region of Japan and has a genkan -a typical Japanese entrance which overlooks an interior courtyard. The interior is crisp white with large expansive windows which bring the outdoors in. Shizen meaning natural is the theme of the property and the sound of nature abounds.

Location & Things to do Located just 4 minutes on the southern side of Bermagui . Left off Strudwicks Road onto Comben Lane straight ahead till you
