The room was clean and was sufficient for what we needed. A bit tight but good all in all. It is in a fantastic location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. On another note, there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the only towels were two bath and two hand towels for a weeks stay. The drawers, dishes and glasses need a cleaning and things in the room need some fixing.The host was easy to deal with and replied to questions in a timely manner.I would recommend.

Fabulous location for an efficiency place for 2

I loved the location, the comfort and all the seating available in this little efficiency apartment. It was like a hotel room+ So easy to find, parking, and a little kitchenette for convenience. Would work well for one or two people. AND the shower!! the shower was the best feature of this place, 6 jets of massaging water in addition to the overhead rainshower head and the wand. It makes me want to remodel my bathroom at home!

Great location *

Our room had not been cleaned when we arrived, even though we had paid for early check-in. Initially, we were very disappointed, but within a few minutes, the property manager had transferred us to another room, which was beautiful! Overall, a five star rating!

FALSE ADVERTISING

GOOD LOCATION AND FAIR VALUE. ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. TOTALLY NON RESPONSIVE. VIRTUALLY NO RE-SUPPLY OF BASICS LIKE TOWELS AND TOILET PAPER AND BED LINENS WORSE THAN 3RD WORLD INTERNET SERVICE; TVS DIDNT WORK AND DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS NEVER ATTENDED TO; JACOB THE OWNER RESPONDS 3 DAYS LATER WITH THE SAME BS "OUR TEAM IS LOOKING INTO IT". HE IS A DISHONEST AND GREEDY MAN. THEY ADVERTISE A POOL BUT KNEW FULL WELL IT HAS BEEN UNDER RENOVATION FOR MONTHS AND WILL BE FOR MONTHS BUT THEY STILL ADVERTISE (1 OF THE REASONS I PICKED HERE) AND ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO GIVE A CREDIT. AND IN THE MIDDLE OF A WAR HE THREATENS TO EVICT ME BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A 3 NIGHT PRICE REDUCTION EXTENSION. AND AUTO PARKING ACCESS SYSTEM IS ARCHAIC AND NON FUNCTIONING MOST TIMES. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
