Brand new building with accommodation capacity 6+2, placed on beautiful location with amazing view on sea, islands and town. Villa is on intimate place 1500m2 with parking place for 8 cars. House has 3 bedrooms (equipped with aircond, TV, WI-FI)2 bathrooms,1 outdoor toilet, living room and kitchen. Outdoor there is BBQ near big heating pool 10m2 × 4m2. In part of that there is park with toboggan and swing. Near by villa there is mountain road (hiking, mountain biking) climbing rock and other sport activitis. Villa is placed 10 km from down town Split (Diocletian palac) 1 km from sandy beach with great restaurants.
