Very easy and as advertised! The kitchen well well stocked. Especially with spices should you decide to cook. The couch was very comfortable and made for a great hang out spot during our stay!

John, Thank you for offering such a wonderful vacation home.The booking process was seamless.Your property is pristine and provides every possible amenity.The two patios were very nice with privacy throughout.We absolutely love the location. We were so near the ocean that we could hear the waves and of course enjoy the beautiful west coast sunsets at the beach or along the boardwalk nearby.Directly across the street is a lovely park to stroll and read through some of Carlsbad’s history as well as walk through it to downtown.This is by far the best property we have ever rented.We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning. Family Vacation

We stayed here for almost a week with our family of 5. We absolutely loved it! It was the perfect home set up for us. The best part is the location, such an easy walk to the beach and restaurants when towing three young kids. Our kids have already asked to book another week for next summer.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house! It looks like a Pottery Barn catalog in an ideal spot to get to the beach & Carlsbad Village. Every detail was perfection! It was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, there were beach chairs, beach towels and extra towels. And then the little things like night lights, tower fans, chip clips and privacy bushes outside. We want to move in. :) Thank you!

Great Stay!

Our family enjoyed our visit to Carlsbad, especially the short walk to the beach and equally short walk to a bakery and other shops. This was a perfectly cozy stay with safe fenced in outdoor spaces.

Perfect beach house

Great property in a great location!

Our family of 5 were very comfortable in this cute house. Great outdoor spaces in the front and back. A few minute walk to the beach and into town where there are lots of great places to shop and eat. We would definitely return to this property!

My family enjoyed our relaxing stay. We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes and out for meals in 8 minutes. We could hear the ocean waves on the back deck every morning. The beds were comfortable ,the furniture was cozy and we had everything we needed to have another great vacation.

The location of the house could not have been better, on a quiet part of the street and you could hear the waves crashing on the beach from the house. The patio was a great additional space, perfect for lounging outside or eating dinner. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice house close to beach

Loved the great room, the deck and patio. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Location right in the heart of Carlsbad and about a minute to the beach.

Lisa and I have lived in Carlsbad for 10 years. We enjoy being close to the village and beach. It's nice to park your car and be free to walk and ride bikes anywhere you need to go. You may see us cruising the coast in our 49 Ford, beach combing or surfing along the Carlsbad coast.

Why they chose this property

Location location location. Finding a place west of the coast highway is rare. Nicely suited for kids (and adults) who can walk to the beach without crossing any busy roads.
