This is a beautiful quaint house. It was decorated for the season. Every possible need was thought of and provided, including toiletries, extra cozy blankets and snacks. It was convenient to several great restaurants and shopping. Perfect for a small group. I will stay here again.

The cutest, cozy little cottage ever! I was a little worried about the fold out couch but it was very comfortable! The front & back porches were perfect for coffee & then winding down with a glass of wine after a long day of shopping! We loved our stay & can’t wait to visit again!

The owner Mrs Susie is very sweet. She goes above and beyond to help make your stay wonderful. She responds quickly to any questions you might have and her cottage is the most relaxing place to stay. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city this is the best place for you. Beautiful cottage and beautiful back porch to sit and enjoy the peacefulness. 100% recommend

The Sunshine Cottage was exactly what we were hoping for when my sister and I decided a girl's getaway was needed. Not only is the location perfect with a short walk to restaurants and shopping but the cottage is so well decorated, charming and filled with thoughtful amenities we hardly left the property! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the area! Thank you again to our hosts!

Beautiful, cozy, quiet property. Loved sitting on the back porch in the mornings with my coffee and watching the woodpecker. Walking distance to town. Host was very nice and available for any needs you might have. Great claw foot tub to soak in after a day of exploring. Muffins, snacks, and drinks available in the fridge. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Hands down my favorite getaway place to stay thus far! Susie is an incredible communicator and host. Thoughtful snacks, handwritten notes and plenty of recommendations/local info, very responsive and takes great care and pride in this charming cottage! The layout was perfect and felt much bigger than it actually was. All amenities you need and extremely clean and cozy. The back porch was ideal for a raining afternoon/evening and we loved cooking out and listening to the trees blowing in the breeze. We will definitely stay here again and again!!
