Watercrest 507 3 bedroom 3 bath.

This 3 BR 3 BA 5th floor oceanfront condo provides breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. You can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the sunset with a glass of wine. The condo provides two king master suites with ensuite baths beach side. Each master has access to the balcony, as does the living room area. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a full hallway bath.
There is also a sleeper sofa.
The open floor design is complimented by the large windows facing the beach. This condo is remodeled and tastefully decorated and in excellent condition, with comfortable quality furniture in all rooms. This unit is completely stocked with all the necessities for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Door Codes will be active from 4pm CST on check in day through 10am CST on check out day.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all 8 pool bands are left in the unit when checking out. Any missing pool bands will be charged a $50 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A signed and completed rental agreement must be received to confirm rental. Door codes will not be sent till it is received.

Perfect Week at the Beach

We loved this condo and had the best week! The layout was perfect with 2 rooms beachfront. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owner and property manager were very responsive, kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again.

A great fall getaway.

I would greatly encourage any to stay in this property. The condo is well supplied with everything. Crock pots in the kitchen. Extra blankets in the closest. Games for kids in the closet. It has a new a good washer and dryer. The owner and the people who help him are very nice. Can't go wrong.

The condo was exactly as described. The storage in the kitchen and master bath are amazing. The unit was clean and well stocked. The owner was easy to reach when we arrived and did not have parking passes or pool bands. This issue was resolved in less than an hour. We will definitely be back.

This property is just as advertised. The layout was perfect for our family. Easy walk onto the beach. The beach service was wonderful. We did have to go reserve every morning but there were plenty of chairs available. Security was on site day and night keeping things safe. Be sure to have the parking pass displayed because it is checked for daily. We put it in the glove box one day as we were driving around and forgot to put it back on display and we did get a warning ticket. We had a great stay overall and would definitely book here again!

Perfect Getaway

We love this condo! It’s very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to feel like you’re at home. My father is in a wheelchair and he easily gets around the condo. It’s beautifully decorated with plenty of room for 10 of us. The view from the balcony is amazing! The owner responds quickly to inquiries. We will definitely book this condo again

Great for the price and location

I booked this condo mainly for its location! I loved the view and my girlfriends did too! It was a bachelorette trip and we all had a great time! The only issues we had was really spotty internet (probably due to everyone at the beach vacaying too) and one of the king beds was uncomfortable. Other than that their really isn’t anything to complain about! Ray was super easy to communicate with and he texted the day of and day before about check in and check out. I would absolutely recommend this condo and I would definitely book again!! You can beat that gorgeous view!! I just wish we could have stayed longer!!
