**Watercrest will be replacing our balcony railings at some point between December 26- February 2 2026 during railing replacement there will be no access to balcony. Painting the exterior of the building will be from September 23 2025 to May 13 2026. The pool will be closed from November 14 2025- February 2 2026.** The Watercrest is centrally located on the beach on Thomas Drive. It is close to entertainment, attractions, amusement parks and the premier restaurants in the area.

You will have plenty of room, in this extremely spacious, 5th floor three bedroom, three bath, fully furnished condominium with a private balcony, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The two spacious master suites both have king-sized beds the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is also a sleeper sofa.

This condo is remodeled and tastefully decorated and in excellent condition, with comfortable quality furniture in all rooms. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/ice-maker, dishwasher and microwave.
