GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be in the over flow lot across the street $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. There is a QR code on the refrigerator to scan also. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

A signed rental agreement is required to confirm all rentals.

Door Codes will be active from 4pm CST on check in day through 10am CST on check out day.

Check in is at 4 Pm CST. If early check in is available, I will let you know.
Check out is 10 am CST.
Please remember you must be 30 years of age to rent unless contacted direct for approval.
